Friends - March 2007

My friend, shes emo. I can't help it, I hate the emo ways, I mean, I am a modern hippie, I like peace and I am always really easygoing and cheery. She constantly talks about death and whines and I can't take it anymore. We've been friends since fourth grade, but shes really changed. I don't mean to insult any emo people that might be reading this by the way, but how can i tell her to kinda ....well....I dunno, tone the emo stuff down a little....? Its driving me crazy shes so gloomy all the time!

I've known her for 2 years. She's one of my best friends. I've never gotten detention/ISS/Suspension or anything else like that. But she accused me of shoplifting from walmart! You would think after two years that she would know me better, and that I have better sense that to shoplifit something! Should I just let it go...? Or should I see this as a sign that she really doesn't know me...

i have a freind and he's 15(almost) and he just lost his virginitty and he's kinda haveing a hard time i want to send him something little so he knows i there that'll maybe chear him up...i don't think flowers work for a guy... but i want to have it be something that could be dilivered to his house... but dosent have to be... and just something little not expensive... if it helps he lives in Salem, OR... and would just a card work???

One of my friends is having a birthday party and planning on inviting a friend who bugs he all the time even though she moved last year. So my friend is going to invite her and then tease her the whole time. I know it's wrong, but don't know how to tell her without herting our friendship. She's very sensitive.

We have been friends for 9 yrs. of which she is involved with a married man who abandoned his wife and child. He doesn't love my friend. She always comes to me complaining that she needs money. She manipulates people with her sad stories so they feel sorry and give her or lend her money. I don't care because if she wasn't buying this man's companionship, she would live very well with her teacher's salary. She has low self esteem and believes if she does not provide for the jerk, then he would leave her for another woman. She has a teenage daughter whom her father and grandmother care for. The jerk doesn't let my friend have anyone visit her in the apartment she pays for.
My friend is upset that I made an observation that she is wrong and her lender is right for getting into her business. The lender is a relative who always bail her out, but who got tired of her asking for money to support the voluntarily unemployed man. She ruined her relative's credit. -

im at this training centure and there girls and boys that go but i feel that cause i have nothink in common with them i dont get along with them that well,they see me as a person to talk to there but not like a realy friend.sometimes i feel im a borring person amd thats why when i try to make friends they just see me as someone to talk to.

sometimes when something stupid happens, like a little argument or pissyness with friends, I have a hard time letting it go. Usually, we will have already dealt with the problem, or apologized, but I am still thinking about it days later... things like, "i hope they aren't still mad about that, " or i wonder if, they took offense too".... how can I let things go, the way others seem to be able to?

Is cause there is this friend I have, who I considered my best friend, but not anymore.. Just because I didnt eat lunch with her and our group her mood is different with me now, like in a bad way. (She always has different moods towards you everytime). And, she has done other things.. So, I dont really consider her as a GOOD friend anymore.. Anyone know any good quotes to put into my msn? Before I begin, I'm a 16 yr old boy living in India. I really like this girl in my class and we are quite close to each other. But this was not so when I first met her 4-5yrs ago. I used to hate her like anything and she used to hate me too. We really didnt like each other. But over the past few years we have literally become best of friends, I mean we are realy close. And I've developed a liking for her. I have already told her this but recently I found out that she had a liking for this other guy, who turns out to be my best friend. I asked her why she didn't tell me that earlier, and she replied that she didnt want hurt my feelings and I know she meant it. I'm not angry about she not liking me as I believe that every person has his/her own choice. Now the thing is I really cant seem to stop thinking about her, I mean I want to see her smiling atleast once everyday cause it makes me feel very happy (call it maddness or whatever).

Im kind of in a situation where I need someone's help. See my took my few dollars that I had for the month that I get from the state for caring for her disabled son. Well yeah he's my brother that I care for, but she took his SSI and left to Rosarito, to deal with my little brothers marijuana addiction. So Im screwed, and I just so happend to vent this man that I'v been chatting with and he offered some money to get me by for the month. He said it would be a gift and that nothing was expected of me just to accept the gift. What do you think should I???? I'v never taken money like from anyone, I've always worked but right now my brother and I have a toddler its a little diffucult to work. And I'm not on welfare or get child support, should i take this once, or should i just disappeare from his radar???????

I recently am made to fill up an audition form asking me what friends say abt my worst qualities. My worst qualities according to them are: 1) impatient 2) quick tempered 3) bad time management 4) stubborn. Its crazy that 5 of them agreed on those. hahaha i shd do a reality check w myself! My best friend is a guy and I have always gotten the impression that he wants to be more then friends. Trouble is I am moing across country in 3 weeks. I asked him to tolo because I thought it would be something fun we could do togethere. But it is becoming more of a hassel then anything. he has become really clingy and I only like him as a friend.
