sometimes when something stupid happens, like a little argument or pissyness with friends, I have a hard time letting it go. Usually, we will have already dealt with the problem, or apologized, but I am still thinking about it days later... things like, "i hope they aren't still mad about that, " or i wonder if, they took offense too".... how can I let things go, the way others seem to be able to?

I understand how you feel I have times like that and it's usually cos I have too much time on my hands and I'm not busy enough, find yourself something to do to keep busy so you think about other happier things. If you have already dealt with the problems then why worry. People have busy lives these days and probably aren't worrying about you or how you feel so get busy!!

Life is way to short to sweat the small stuff. If you keep on worrying about weather their mad or not, then you wont be having as much fun as you could be. just dont think about it and concentrate on having fun with you friends.. if they let the situation go, then it obvously isnt a big deal, and you should forget about it also.
