One of my friends is having a birthday party and planning on inviting a friend who bugs he all the time even though she moved last year. So my friend is going to invite her and then tease her the whole time. I know it's wrong, but don't know how to tell her without herting our friendship. She's very sensitive.

just tell your friend that two wrongs don't make a right. that sure this girl did bug her all the time, but she has moved on and has made new friends - that you really don't see anything funny in what she's planning to do and you think she is the bigger person, than this other girl, and why would she want to stoop to her level. tell her to forget this other girl, she's out of her life and why does she want to ruin her own birthday. wouldn't she rather have a HAPPY birthday than a MEAN birthday party.

she is probably inviting her to have her as the entertainment. Maybe you can have something more fun as entertainment. Plus it is awkward to share trust issues in an environment where there is teasing. the rest of the group will be reluctant to share their feelings about life.

Maybe you can convince your friend that there are more fun things to do. something that can open up the communication with you and your friends. sometime a situation is a good way to make it happen. A fun activity, swimming, dancing, movie, coffee, eating, music, pool, table tennis, twister, cards, truth or dare, board games.

being honest with the only way to tell her. Just simply don't put it so harsh. Just put it as nice a possible.
