most things that people receive are like cards. if you send something that has a physical object it can be something he will keep looking at, touching and reading.

A card is like that. It is fulfilling the reading part really well. Somethings you might write could include: the date you want him to remember, that he is important, a story about a similar experience in your life, that you are open to talk with him. an invitation to continue to communicate, a heartfelt closing line.(ie. peace to your heart, peace to your spirit, warmly, with hope,)

physical objects help too these are difficult to send by yourself. It is possible tho. I have found the foam envelopes from the post office the easiest to send, so a small object that fits in one of those it good. something unique, colourful, something he can put on his desk. a small animal sculpture of glass. an owl shows wisdom, dove shows love, a bull shows determination. something like that.

I have never had flowers delivered to me. So i think you are right that flowers are not typical. candies are not typical either.

A card works well and your right flowers probably aren't the best choice for a guy

A card is perfect...it lets him know that your thinking about him and that you have concern for what he's going through. I would give him one that says your there if he needs to talk...I once gave flowers to a guy and got a really funny look...if that helps lol

Anything that is food related will work. They have baskets of cookies and baked goods that can be sent and I'm sure he'd enjoy it. If you are short on cash a simple card would let him know that you are thinking of him.

I imagine a card would work as long as you put anote in it to tell him your there for him if you want to give him something you could throw in 5-10 dollars

For me i think it should just be something simple, such as talking to him, pulling him through the hard times and things such as that because he just got done with something hard in his life so just go ahead and talk to him give him a shoulder to cry on, just something simple like that so he knows that you care about him.

Its ok if u don't take that advise
