whenever i start speaking my breath rate increases and gradually i speak with my nose. many say that i use uneven pauses and breaks while speaking.iam facing lot of problem with people outside. just want to improve my speaking style.

well hmm i want to go out and stuff .but its really hard to make new friends u know ..well i moved out to a new place 2 months ago .and well college starts in april ..so hmm i really dont have the urge to u know go out and explore stuff .. its just too wierd for me to go places alone ... and well i dont have my car over here so tht makes it much harder .anyway my question is tht is this normal?? ..and btw i moves to japan .and making friends over here is like 10 times much harder ..

Hi I was hanging out with a guy friend of mine(who knew I liked him until I found out he is taken) in my room. We were snuggling and cuddling and he wanted me to cuddle with him. I was like "You have a girlfriend and you're engaged!" he's like "I don't know what you call it, she's not really anymore".

Then as we talked, he looked into my eyes and said "You're fighting something, go ahead and do it." Which I wasn't fighting anything so he seduced me and we did it. After that we both promised we'd never have sex again.

So the next day I felt really bad, I felt like an adulteress. I asked him why did he screw me when he had a fiance, he didn't answer and I said that's cheating and I guess if it didn't mean anything I guess it's fine.

So the next day, he deleted me from Myspace.

What's going on?? Did he just use me or did he have feelings for me?

I work for a very large company that does not trust its employees. Before any of us can go off to the restroom we must let our supervisor know where we are headed. Just recently they installed cameras in the restroom to make sure that people actually go in their when they say that they are. They have also installed water proof cameras inside of the camodes to make sure people pissin and poopin when they claim that they have to. Is this right?
Several employees including myself have complained to upper management, but our complaints have fallen upon deaf ears. The company wants to make sure that when production is interupted it is going to be for a legit reason. Should my employer be allowed to have cameras inside of the restrooms?? Help please!

Hi there, I am a 24 yr old male and am currently happily engaged.
I recently recieved a friends request on myspace from an unknown girl. I accepted this strangers friend request and noted that she was a pretty girl of my age from my own town. She has sent me a message but i cannot read it as i am at work. The thing is... Yesterday i was on my partners laptop and i noted that there is the exact same picture of this girl in her 'my pictures' folder. The picture is bigger and contains more people in it than the pic of the girls myspace profile. this leads me to believe that my fiancee has cut the pic down so it only shows the girl and has created a false myspace account for her to try and catch me out.
What should i do next? confront her or keep quiet and play along to double bluff her?

My friend has been sick often for the past 6 months and has missed a lot of work. She keeps coming to me & asking for more & more money. In the past month & a half, I gave her almost $300. I don't make a lot of money, so $300 is a huge amount to me. She asked for money for a prescription so I went with her to fill it. She told the pharmacist she wanted brand, not generic. The price difference was $30! My friend told me that the generic doesn't work the same and she needs brand. I don't know what to do anymore. She's sick and I want to help her, but I feel like she's taking advantage of me! She has no one else to turn to. She would never be able do the same for me because she never has the money. She's not going to be able to pay me back. After the pharmacy incident, I told her that I just can't afford to help her anymore. Two days later she called crying saying that she's out of food and needs $20. What do I do about this?

I sent a group email invite to a variety of friends from home, work and uni, some of whom don't know each other.

One of my friends did a Reply to All remarking on one of my Uni mates names' which sounds amusingly rude. These two friends have not met each other but all of our mutual friends from Uni were on the list.
How do I go about make sure that no-ones feelings have been too badly hurt and make sure that an idiotic mate doesn't put someone off coming to my party? Any useful ideas over revenge on the culprit, would also be welcome!

I'm not sure what to say to her, she's very thin (underweight) and she's been weird ever since i've lost a few stone and started getting fit. The most aggravating thing is she comes round at lunch as she works nearby and always brings me doughnuts and cakes, I say no every time ,and she just sits their pigging her face in front of me.

after four years of my true friendship, i realized that i love her. she was so caring and we were honest to one another. i told her my feelings. she didn't reply. i thought she might have been upset. i apologized manytimes and told her that we are good friends. she started to get closer to one of friends. she said that she is more comfortable with him. i got jealous and made many bad accusations saying that you just care that person and ignore me. you played with me.
she got really upset. i dont know how to handle this situation. i really need your advice.

Ok, I'm in eighth grade.
All my older sisters and brothers are super smart. They ALWAYS get 3.8 or higher. It doesn't even seem like they struggle in any subject.
Unfortunetly, I'm not the same way. I always recieve 1 C on my report card from one subject and I get a 3.0-3.2 for my G.P.A.
My problem is I struggle for every subject. MOSTLY MATH!
I had a math test and the day before my sister helped me study for it, and we studied together for over an 1 and a half. I nailed everything. I was so excited to go to school the next day, because I wanted to show my teacher how I WILL get EXCELLENT grades from now on. I thought I did great on the test.
When I recieved it back I got a 70%. I was so dissapointed I started crying real bad. Why is this so hard for me. For everyone in my family and all my friends its soooo easy for them.
What do I do?
I CAN NOT DO THIS NEXT YEAR IN HIGH SCHOOL! PLEASE HELP ME! PLEASE!

I have posted about women being abused and scared i dont understand why dont friends or family step in its not hard to take some time from your life and help your family or friend u know when women get beat they have bruises they have marks so clue in and help them because they need it as i have seen most of them are very scared and its understandable but i only have so much influence to help people and trust me if i could help u all i would i would be there in a heartbeat to help u and get you out of that situation but i cant do that so u have to do it for yourself or your family and or friends need to relize whats going on and help.

...you lose a lot of weight or change your appearance? I'm quite upset a friend I thought was a good friend has been really dismissive and avoiding me generally since I've lost almost 5 stone, It's been a really big deal for me, i've got fit after years of being overweight. I don't go on about it but she's never even commented on it, when I first started shifting weight she told me i shouldn't bother because "I have other things going for me" I also have had to buy a whole new load of clothes and i'm enjoying dressing more how I would like to dress rather than what just fits and covers me up, all she's ever does is make comments about how much money I spend on myself! I'm a bit pissed off about this now, I ignored it at first.

There was that man, an IT student, and he was low on cash, as all
students are. So, whenever I needed some help with the computer, I asked him, and paid him for this, giving something extra and paying for his transportation, just to help him out a bit, and we were friendly.
Then one day my Windows collapsed. I called him, he was out. They told me to call in the evening, when he would be back, and I did. He started shouting at me, telling me that it was late (though the person who answer the phone said it was ok time to call), and
basically telling me off. He found a great IT job and did not want to
have anything to do with me anymore. I wondered at that time why he didn't just said politely: "Sorry, I am not interested in this stuff
anymore, try somewhere else." I went to other people and fixed it for the lower price.
Some time passed, many months, and I received an e-mail from him, asking me how I was and what not.
