I have always been a fast talker, but lately I have noticed that I am studdering a lot, like getting stuck on words. How can I slow down, speak clearer and be better at conversations?

When I'm at school, I get made fun of/teased a lot. Usually they mean it in fun, but it begins to hurt after a while. How do I respond to it? Do I ignore them? Go along with the joke? Insult them back?

im friends with this girl at my college for a few months now. we have always been close since the first day and i really appreciate her friendship. th thing is she isnt talking to me at the moment. she is ignoring me and i dont know why. so today i plucked up the courage and asked her what was wrong. she said she didnt want to talk to me. i asked her why and she said she had her reasons. so i told her i couldnt solve the problem unless she talked to me about it. she then said again she didnt want to talk to me and she had her reasons. so what could i do? i just had to walk away. it is bothering me so much because i never wanted to lose her as a friend. and it is also goin to be so difficult because we hang around with the same people at college and i dont know how o avoid the awkward moments. i cant not speak to everybody else and not her. i really dont know how to avoid this situation or if i should be avoiding it at all. she is the bossy type girl who wants to be better than everyone

I have been friends with my best friend for almost 7 years, we go back and have been close forever it seems. Our old friend just got out of rehab, she had a little something with him before he left and last time he visited, but she is back with her old boyfriend, who is also his friend. Its very confusing, love triangle to the max. Anyways, she is always ditching me for our friend out of rehab or her boyfriend when they are in town. When I explain it she doesn't understand, she used to never do this. Now that we have gotten older (18), she thinks its okay. Should I just take the friendship less seriously?

how do i get friends? i dont have any friends, like not any real good ones... i dont want to be miserible for the rest of my life..i need friends. how do i get a good relationship with some one and some how keep it??? my best friend is moving far far away and i'll never find another good friend.
do yall ever have good friends you can trust and you turn to and some who is like always there for you? well, imagine that they all just left you..just turned there back on you and never came back. and now you dont have anyone to turn to and no one is there for you... and if you NEED them they run away, leave you and hate you. they never talk to you and spread rumurs about you so it makes it even harder for you to make new good friends. now you just feel completely alone and worthless like no one cares. you feel unloved and alone in a room full of ppl...well thats exactly how i feel. i now all i can do is cry in my room, hopeing things will get better...but they never do..???

yea umm i guess i have 2 really good friends, well i think their my freinds.. like we hang out a ton and everythign i tell them they tell everyone and one of them its her way or no way and they try to boss me around and if i say no they get mad at me and dont talk to me for a long time.. and they are soo lucky to have me as a friend, they have no idea.. like i forgive them way to much and i let them lie to me soo much i know when they are and ugh! its just hard.. and i hate it.. and i get them stuff all the time and a tons of stuff for their bday. and they dont get me anything! ever! and they always forget my bday and we have known eachother for 5 years.. and i know theres like the back of my hand. lol. but idk i just think they dont know how lucky they are to have me as a friend.. but idk.. i was just wondering if i should make new ones that are true to me or work with them?? plz help!

My friend is always lying to us when she is around her bf but when it is just me and her she is like you are my bestest friend and I'm glad that you are my friend but than a minute later she will turn on you and treat you like crap!! What should I do?

If you have been calling someone for more than 2 weeks but that person just doesn't return your calls and texts, would you sense that maybe that person doen't wanna hang out with you anymore? or you would still keep calling? I have this friend that she always kissed up to me and I started feel like she's very annoying so I stopped picking up her calls and totally ignoring her but she's still acted like nothing's wrong and keep leaving me msgs asked me to call her back.
Would you do the same thing like her or would you just leave that person alone? I would definitely back off, how about you?

p.s she's that type of girl who' still want to go party and get drunk and go as crazy as she can, but I'm totally opposite and she knows that but she still likes to bother me..I think she's stupid and immature.

About 3 years ago my best friends husband raped me... I told my friend first and all she wanted to know if I was going to press charges...
