Are you involved sexually with this girl? If so you need to break it up now if you don't feel anything. If you try to break it off and she just starts crying you're going to have to deal with it and just quit talking to her once and for all.

You are too old for her, she has not matured enough to handle a relationship, you are not ok if you think this will ever work out come on man if she was a couple years younger you would be in deep trouble, I bet her dad doesn't know about you yet......

She cries about anything? As harsh as this sounds you need to find someone more mature. Give her time to grow up. It has nothing to do with age but her level of maturity is not up there with yours.
