Friends - October 2006

I was best friends with this girl for three years. We were so close..Then she met this guy and they started having sex and one thing led to another and me and her started fighting. Not to mention he was so mean to all of my friends and me, that i actually had to call the police on him. Now my best friend and i dont talk, and i miss her alot, but she totally feels she doesnt need friends because of him. Mind you, i'm only in high school. How can i keep my friend, even if we're not as close?

In middle school I had a lot of friends and about 4 best friends, but now that I have started highschool some of them have changed and I don't feel like we are as close as we use to. Me and my four best friends use to hang out a lot, but now I feel like they have changed and are starting to be mean. I really want to make new friends where I can have fun with them, and do things after school. I am a really nice person, and I'm not hard to get along with, what is my problem? How do I make new close friends?

(I don't really want to be in the 'popular' clique because they will just get me into trouble, but I don't want to be a 'nerd' either.)

I have made some new friends, but I don't see them enough where I can actually hang out with them at lunch, or afterschool.

my friend has been doing things that annoy me latly! and i dont know if i wanna be freinds with her any more or not because we also keep arguing over stupid things!!
but the sad thing is, is that she says im her one best friend!
and we only have 2 classes together... p.e- our first hour.
and lunch.
during p.e she doesnt really make that much of an effort to try to be with me. i think that shes more preoccupied with being friends with the popular people... but these kids arnt even as popular as she thinks they are!! im way more popular than them .. or at least thats what everyone says!!
and at lunch she dicided to start eating inside!! with out telling any body she sits with usually.it seems like she only really wants to hang out with me when she has no one else to go to!!
and on top of it most of her friends became friends with her bbecause of me!! its like she was oonly using me to be come popular!!
half of the people that shes friends with dont even really like her!

I am looking for a sight that will help my friend through this rough patch in her life. She is a christian or use to be.....and I really want to help her. She is severely depresses, seeing a therapist but I feel she needs to get back into a relationship with Christ. If anyone knows of anything I would appreciate your input so much. Thanks in advance.

A friend of mine is selling skin care and makeup. She gave me a very expensive case of full size products for me to sample. First of all, I do not even use these types of skin products. Second, I can not afford them. I'd like to give the case back to my friend so she can sell it to somebody else but I do not want to hurt her feelings. What would you do? Have you ever had a friend who was selling something that you just didn't want?

I politely asked this person to go away after our friendship was dissolved a year ago, tried ignoring emails, blocked them as spam & now they've started a new tactic, email from new addresses. Is it time to tell them to f*Ck off? I don't think tactful will get the job done.

I like this guy named hunter. he is in all of my classes except SH and specials. I even sit next to him in 2 classes and I have a locker next to his! He always makes me lagh and smile, but right now were only friends at least he thinks so, I think. and just a couple days ago he and his friend shawn picked me and one of my friends to do a ss project ,O and one thing we were the only girls in the class,and alot of there friends are also in that class, weird huh?I don't know if he likes me but I really want to ask him out! I just don't want it to be weird between us if he does say no because it would just be ocward, (tottally!). I've known him for about 9 weeks now. what should I do? any suggestions ect. Help! Thanks

well my best friend is being kind of a brat latly. she gets really mad if i or my other best friend talk about our boyfriends. like really mad. well my boyfriend and i are seperated for the fist time in our relationship. I have this friend who is starting to really wind me up. EVERYTHING i do, she has to do. It started when i first met her i had just had a baby and was expecting again very soon after the birth, a few months later so was she, then she got the same pram, the same clothes, the same hair colour, etc. I decided i wanted to go back to university to take up a life long ambition and study to work in the nursing area, then she decided to do the same sort of thing. I decorate my house, she does it exactly how i describe how i want to do mine. I buy a new car she wants the same car, i got a puppy so does she, EVERYTHING!!!! The last time we had a night out i was so embarrssed cos we went out with the same outfit the same shoes and same hair style. She asks what i am buying my kids for xmas & i know she will get the same for hers and its driving me crazy!!!! I cant even avoid her as she lives near me and she watches everyone who comes to see my family. If my mum comes she comes over to see my mum!

Ok, I made friends with somebody on the net. Her mom found out we were IM-ing she got in trouble so she wasn't allowed to do it no more. But now she is answering most of my questions calling me a stalker. Her name was Book Wizard now it is Dragon Queen. Why is she doing. Somebody tapped into my account so they could search up my recent places I've been on Yahoo! answers and send her "stalker" e-mails.
