Yahoo Answers is a very bad place for searching people. Since there are about 1 million users and there are about 2 billion people in the world who has access to internet. So even if there are people that knows about this person that has internet access AND comes to Yahoo answers, they might not even find this question. Chances are very slim.

You can start by http://people.yahoo.com/ to search for people in the US.
