I am a 26 year old school teacher living in the South Miami area. It seems that every man that approaches me is married or completely unattractive and has nothing to offer me.

I have been dating a girl for 6 months and after I met her I went through some very difficult times in my life. She could have ran because the relationship was brand new and I would have understood. She didnt, she was there for me more than my best friend was and I really dont know what I would have done without her. Things calmed down and got better for me and now I am just not into this relationship. I am eternally grateful that she was their for me and I could be friends with her forever becuase of it. But I am not feeling it now and I can tell that she really is. Now I find myself feeling obligated becuase of how supportive she was of me. What should I do?

We made plans on tues to go out on saturday. It would have been the second date. Last night she found out her dog died. She is also finishing up law school, and so I guess is stressed out about that too. She doesn't really seem to need a guy because she lives with her brother. I like her a lot but I am thinking just to leave her alone. Thoughts?

My boyfriend loves me to death, he's romantic caring and very compasionate. He said his ex took him through alot, she met someone else during their marriage when they were having problems. They have two kids. They divorce 3 yrs ago since then and even when they were seperated she have dated alot of people and my boyfriend was devasted, he tried while she used him for his money. Basically he was a fool for her because he wanted his family together because his parents was divorced and he didn't want that for his kids. A year after his divorce we met and he said I was a breath of fresh air but I don't trust him and especially his ex. I know they talk on the phone about me and it seems to be alot of compare, competition etc. Why? I don't like it and I feel it is unfair. I know he got over all the pain she caused him but I dont' like it that they talk on the phone like that. They can finally have a decent conversation, Am I being paranoid?

i broke up with my girlfriend on monday night after months of bickering we were together for a year, and i decided that enough was enough, i hadnt seen her in a month and a half and didnt have the time for me even though she said she did.. i only asked to see her for a little bit.. is that too much too ask.. i fell that i have made the mistake of my life as i knew she was the one..i want her back but it might be the same situation again.. was i wrong to let her go if i wasnt happy.. i have hurt her by dumping her but she wont even be freinds with me now.. have i done wrong..

My best friend and i like the same guy. Last Friday night there was a party at the school. I had to leave early and my best friend stayed. She flirted with the guy we like. I am shy... too shy to even talk to him. So she does all the taking. Well, at the party he french kissed her and she let him. I don't know if I should be mad or not. everyone got invited to a friends party today exept me, my parents keep promising me things like we'll go to this place i really want to go to because we moved from there and i miss them like crazy, but its been almost 3 years and it hasnt happened yet, my father lost my trust when he cheated on my mom,and my friends dont make any attempt to go out of their way for me but i try my best for them Is there something with me? I have these 2 friends(their a couple), we are all adults(mid 20s), I haven't really seen them since about june of last year. Well, they keep inviting me places and I want to meet up with them, but they always flake right at the last min. The last time was 2 weeks ago for my bday, they asked me to come over for din. Well, that fell through. It was really bugging me, so I wrote a blog and I didn't put it on private.( I blog to vent like so many other people), they read it and now they're pissed at me. I'm just tired of having to walk on egg shells around them. I like them as friends, just not seeing them too much. I'm meeting with the guy friend tomorrow to talk, but i have a feeling its gonna a bunch of bs. What should I do about the situation?

I have this guy friend who I hadnt hung out with in a while until a couple months ago. We've been friends forever & always had a thing for eachother, but stayed mostly friends. About a year ago I started seeing someone & so did he. Things were going great in my relationship until I ran into him at a party & all these crazy feelings started to come back. I was so sure how I felt about my boyfriend until I got lost in this guys eyes. We hung out, flirted alot & joked around about old stuff. Weeks later we were both on a rocky road with our bf/gf and started hanging out. Things were more that great. I hadnt crushed on some1 like this in a long time & I loved it. We talked every night. I didnt tell him but I was still talking to my b/f, trying to settle everything, not trying to make up. He was doing the same with his g/f, eventually, we stopped calling eachother & ended up back w/ our bf/gf. It was real but I guess it just wasnt the right time. Anyways, I just broke up w.my bf. Next move?

I am still in love with my ex, we split up over a year ago now. He's completely moved on with his life, has recently fallen in love again and all I can think about is him. I have a new partner now too but when we're apart it's my ex I think about. I miss him so much, I truely think he will be the only person I will love and it's unfair on my partner. I really need to sort myself out, I'm snappy and irritable because I can't have what I once had. Meet Brad around 4 months ago through close friends. We became friends, started doing everything together, then about a month ago he kissed me , then after that we go really flirty with each other . It's one thing when there are no kids involved, then who really cares as long as there's no abuse. But when kids are involved I thik mothers need to think of what's best for the kids. Both of my sisters keep getting back with their kid's father,even though neither one of them are not doing **** for the kids. One father hasn't see his 2 year old daughter in guess what? 2 years. The other sister's boyfriend,well his kids see him all the time,with other women,never going to work because he can't keep a jobs to support his kids.He comes and gets them maybe once a month for 2 hours. Both men have lame excuses as to why they can't be real men. This just breaks my heart. There's nothing I can do, and I know it's partly my sister's fault because they both allow these men to do this.Why do some women allow this? My mom raised us never to take sh*t in a relationship,and to always put the kids first, so what the hell is up with my sisters? I'm not perfect,but if I had kids they would come 1st!

Is a hospital required to alert a child protective service if a parent, who by the way was also recently arrested for child abuse and avoided trial by pre-trial diversion/intervention in December, attempted suicide? Clearly this person is very unstable.
