i was asked to write a declatrion for my FRIEND who is getting a restrainging order on her ex husband. he has gone crazy and everyone is very scared of him...i was wondering if he could find out that i wrote a declartation or if thats confredntial...what is the process of a restraining order and how will i be affected if i write my declartion

Personal family experience, and now seeing how ugly this life really is for sister now.

She said it was honest ,but my wife and I are raising her son, she been divorced twice papers came today.

her friend wont talk to her for fear that they will be exposed themselves, and loose jobs, insurance, family's.

She's got and feloney conviction now because of this life as well.
She said that at one time she went to a club and was "RAPED"
(her words, not mine) but was told all it was ,is rough sex (ya, right) by husband who gave permission to other men.

Good God Is this a truly honest lifestyle?

I want nothing to do with it and it make my wifes Ill, just thinking about it.

Honesty, Love, Sex, we have come along way to fall so far.
My thoughts alone anyone got anything , anyone at all!

today in school i was walking up stairs and the guy i like was walking beside me ...people were being really slow in front of us and i said to my best friend...god if the were going any slower they'd be going backwards ...the guy i like laughed at my comment as he over heard ......and said to the people in front "excuse me......make way for the extremely attractive...aint that rite stace? and i said yeah :) ...does that mean he was thinking i was attractive? lol ...?

It has been almost a year and I thought I was there, that is untill last weekend. I attended a kids camp where I was the 1st aider. I get a call the night of the camp and it was him. He was calling to inform me that his new partner's daughter would be at the camp. I was not a happy camper. Not because the child was there, because he has not said boo to me in over 4 months and now I get this call. That was upsetting enough, but when I had to go thru the paperwork, he was listed as "step-father". I know I shouldn't let this get to me but I can't help it. We were together for 18 years - high school sweet hearts and he always said he did not want children so we did not have any. This situation is tearing me apart.

After the death of my older brother(He died from cancer on his 10th birthday. I was 3 at the time and my younger brother was 2)my mother abandoned my little brother and I with our father. He proceded to start drinking and beating us. We were frequently starved as well. He would send us to a babysitter while he went to work. The so called babysitters were usually lowlife family members on his side all of which I had never met, abused us in every way imagined. When I was 6 and by brother 5 our family finally saw fit to releave us of our father and my grandma took me and our cuzin took lil bro. My grandma abandoned me shortly after, I went with a different cuz, after they were tired of me I switched homes a few more times and then ended up with my little brother again and his family. Aside from the husbands horrible temper(frequent beatings) things were good. Then my mom came back. She wanted us and we didn't know here so we rejected her. Now she hates my cuz now.

What can I do?

k so there is this guy who has liked me for about a month now.. told me so and has been trying to get me to like him back.. but the problem is that he told me he liked me the first time like only a Week after i got dumped by one of his best friends.. and so with his persistant compliments though and him trying to get me to like him, i think i may have developed some feelings for him. but i don't know.. but i have already told him that i don't like him like that.. and after this month he's now finally like i'm moving on then since you don't feel the same way. that gave me the most sad empty feeling, so i don't know if that means anything..? he also said he doesn't want to be friends, because it would be too hard since he wants more than that. so maybe i have these "feelings" Now because i will lose him entirely from my life if i don't say i like him soon. but he has also told me he doesn't like the whole bf gf terms thing.. so if he "wants more" then isn't that 'The more'??

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for 6 months, and he has always been honest and truthful with me, so when he found out that this girl likes him, he told me. This is my situation: I am in love with a man who still lives with the mother of his children. When we meet he told me about her and what i believed to be the truth about the situation. He said she was on her way out and the house is his. Not a problem since i was just getting out of relationship. Later, he introduced me to his family and even told his mother I was the on he wanted to marry me. His family loved me. Now it is a year and half later and she is still there. He claims he can't put her out cause of his kids. I have been dealing with him staying the night with me most of the time then going home some nights. I am getting tired of all this and have told him but all he does is agree that this isn't fair but makes no permement changes. I am lost should I leave or still have hope. Here is the winner on this he has proposed to me and is making plans to seriously marry me. What should I do???????

Now i am fine with it now...I understand...But when someone asks you about what happened in your marriage...they automatically ASSUME that you are divorced...so you just briefly touch on it...you don't want to RE-live it...if you just say.."he was in a fatal accident years ago..."...WOULD YOU ASK THEM ANYTHING ELSE??? or would you just move on...to another topic????

When I was a child I had an ok relationship with my mother. I loved her an appriciated the things she would do for me. However, life events happen over the course of the years and it has made me not only hurt but detached from dealing with her. I am not angry but I can not substain a healthy relationship with her at all. She never admits that certain situations like my crackhead sisters father beating me was not acceptable, or that leaving my sister with me to pratically raise (constantly) who is 9 years my junior wasn't healthy, or perhaps telling me I have three days to find somewhere else to live so she could move in with her boyfirend and pay his bills, and use the money from social security death benefits from my father to purchase a home for herself mind you I was living on the corner of asault and battery at 16 trying to feed and cloth myself. She constantly bad mouths me, and always has something negative to say however she swears she loves me and I am the crazy one.
