i was asked to write a declatrion for my FRIEND who is getting a restrainging order on her ex husband. he has gone crazy and everyone is very scared of him...i was wondering if he could find out that i wrote a declartation or if thats confredntial...what is the process of a restraining order and how will i be affected if i write my declartion

i have had a retraining order put on what is now my ex-husband but never needed a declaration for one,why cant she go to the court house and file without a declaration(whatever that means)that is how i got mine sometimes people get involved and the two might get back together leaving the one that got involved to blame(they will claim)i am sure there will be someway he could find out about it as it pertains to him,in filing a restraining order it was a court ordered document that stated if my husband came within 50 feet of me he could be arrested if i called

ITs confidential and it goes before the judge if he breaks it he will go to jail plain and simple.

if he break's it he'll go to jail and they'll be a court day so it can be granted
