When we are born, I think we get half of our genes from our mom and half from our dad. Since only female can reproduce, how do we obtain our dad's genes? I am really curious about the answer to this question, so tell me no matter how disgusting it may be.

ok well whenever my friend and i get in these stupid fights i'm not blaming all of them on her but honestly most of them are her fault...but whenever we do get in fights when it's all her fault she has this way of turning it on me and making it sound like i'm the bad person and when i say sorry she never says it too...and this one time when i kept saying sorry (and the fight was all her fault) she just said you say sorry alot and that says something... and i said that mean si have a forgiving heart and she said no you just do everything wrong...but people tell me to dumo her as a friend but i can't we've been friends for so long and i really can't see her not as my best friend so what shoudl i do? please help me!!!

i found this guy and he's perfect for me but there's nothing i can do....... he's taken and this is torturing me because i know that we should be together and he feels it too .......but we know that it wont work out because of his issues he's having with the other girl......how do i deal with this? his friends tell me all the time that we need to fix this..... but how? no rude comments

This is the situation. I know a girl. We have fun talking to each other. When she first let me know that she had a bf it was the day after valentines day. She had asked me what I had done on v-day and when I returned the question, she told me about what her and her bf had done. She didn't sound all that enthusiastic about it and changed the subject quickly. We always make each other laugh/smile. I'm pretty sure that she wants to leave her bf for me because of how we interact. Trust me, it's not just a friend thing. She even agreed to go out with me. Tell me, is it wrong to hang with this girl and to be a contributor to her break-up even if I truly enjoy being with her?

So, my friend who's ten years old has a boyfriend who's also ten years old. She told me last year she had sex with her boyfriend. I don't make a big deal out of it because they're both the same age. However, I told her she could behave herself a little more, for sex is not the answer.

Last year October she told me she was not feeling well, so I took her to see the doctor. Result was: Pregnant.

We both agreed not to get the parents involved because this would cause a major problem. I asked her kindly if the ten year old boy is the father; she said yes.

On Jan 1st her parents suspected her pregnancy and decided to punish their daughter. I got involved and took her away. She's now 5 months pregnant, and her boyfriend who's ten still comes by. Her parents called me and told me to keep their daughter because they don't want to see her anymore. Well, I'm a college student and I need to keep up in school. I can't babysit at this point. What am I going to do?

I have a real problem with oral sex, i get really uncomfortable performing it, iv told my boyfriend this and he says that its ok... Iv told him that because i dont, he doesnt have to perform it either, but he tells me he likes too. there's this guy i went on one date with. before we went out, he had been distant all along but still said he wanted to hang out with me. There is a guy that I really like and almost 100% positive he likes me too. So today, I gave him a note asking him if maybe he'd want to help me with my bass this weekend and then maybe hang out at the mall afterwards. The only problem is that he has a girlfriend, so I was wondering if it was a bad idea to give him the note or not. The last week we've been MAJORLY flirting, and I got him looking at his girlfriend, then me, then gf, then me like back and fourth at least six times-so I know the thought of breaking up with her has most likely crossed his mind.

I'm 15, I'm good looking, smart, play a lot of sports, and everyone seems to like me, but outside of the classroom, no one talks to me. Everybody at my school seems to already have their group of friends and everyone seems to expect me to have plenty as well, and I truly don't know what to do.

A few years ago, being new to the school, and public school besides that, I might have had an excuse not to have any friends right away, but three years later, I still spend all my days alone. It just seems like there is no place for me there, and as much as I hate being depressed, I am. Once again, everyone seems to like me fine, but whenever I try to initiate anything outside of school, no one has any interest.The last few years have been miserable. Recently,I just felt like I needed a break from school,so I skipped for a little bit, then didn't know how to go back, and kept skipping, for a couple weeks.Now my grades are crap, and I feel miserable.Anyone have advice for me? I feel so lost.

My brother is only 14 years old. He has two best friends which I consider a really bad influence for him. They run away from home when they argued with their parents, ditched school, fight. This is the entire story from my point of view. There is this girl that came to my school in 3rd grade and knowingly being bossy she acts calm and nice. I even think she would agree she is bossy, but not admitedly to me. There is also a very 'naughty' girl that has been at my school since kindergarten just like me and me and Betty, the 'naughty' one became friends just flimsily. Until I think it was second grade that we were told never to hang out ever again. So we respected their wiskes and were never friends for a while. Although in third grade Sam came to our school, the bossy one. We became friends probably because I had no one else to be friends with after Betty. My MIL comes over and we had some medications on the counter. She looked at them and then WROTE down the persecription. When my husband confronted her, she made pretend she wasnt doing anything. We usually keep all meds in the cabinet, but I KNOW she looks at them, I was thinking I could change the labels and write something like "backoffcyline" and when she looks at it online, she will see it is phony...Do I confront her or just keep hiding all the meds??
