I have a custody case coming up. I asked my lawyer to have a (hair strand) drug test done on my children's father. I think his lawyer has let him know what is going to happen, and he has quit smoking and using other drugs. It has been a couple of months or so. Will the courts be able to date back long enough to show that he was a user? If he has quit using for the time being, will the test still show he was a user? How far does state and government testing go back? Are there limitations on how a far they go back? I know employers go back 90 days, but what about family court? Anyone out there who really knows?

Is it possible to buy a wedding dress and have an extra train but on? I want a long trian but all the dresses I have seen that I have liked don't have trains at all. Also where is a good place to look at wedding dresses online?

well i've fallen for someone after 2 years, but this time he doesn't feel the same (he told me that 4 months ago) but over the months we've gotten to know each other better. and he's giving me a bunch of mixed signals. Like at the end of the day he passes by my bus everyday and he knows Im staring at him and today he looked, walked, then looked back. I've caught him staring at me a few times. Our lockers are 10 ft. apart and when I arrive at my locker he looks at me as if he wants me to look at him. He even talked to on IM (I started the convo) but he talked to me after he told our mutual friend 3 months ago to stop messaging him. Does he maybe like me...??

I always bring my basketball to this hang-out area in my school so I can wait for my friends to stop eating so we can play basketball. I always put it on the floor while I'm waiting. Anyway, when I was ready to leave to play basketball, my Asian friend was sitting on the ball eating his lunch. I told him twice to get off, but he didn't move. I gave him a little shove, but still he didn't get off. So, I kick the ball twice, and the third time I kick it really hard. He gets up and kicks me on the leg, and tells me not to come around anymore. Being the nice guy I am, I didn't punch him, I just told him that I started kicking the ball because he wouldn't move. Anyway, he was very pissed off at me, told me "not to come around anymore", and I just went to play basketball with another group of friends today. Anyway, what are your thoughts on this? Did he overreact? Did I do something wrong? What should I do tomorrow at the hang-out spot? By the way, there is no apologizing for either of us.

I've been saving money for a long time and it took me so long to save up thousands and I'm trying to save as much money so I can live in California. I ALWAYS tell her that I'm trying to save money. She says "Ok, that's the last thing I'll ask for". And she "promises" that she'll pay me back right before she'll WEASEL out of paying me back. She did this before, I'm thinking not to do any favors anymore. She threatens me for not doing it and all of the sudden she ends up looking small one. Ha ha.

Last May, I began communicating with a girl I met online. She lived on the West Coast and I'm in the Midwest, so we e-mailed and called each other. She came close by for some training in September and we met up a couple times.

On our second meeting, she told me she had feelings for me. I was conflicted, because I was attracted to her intellectually but not physically. She then began subtly pressuring me to visit her and take an interest in her hobbies. I felt like things were moving too fast.

Eventually, I called her and said that I didn't want to get into a long distance relationship. She seemed a little hurt. She said that it wasn't a good idea for us to continue to stay in touch, and that she would keep me up to date with what's going on with her.

Today, after zero contact for 5 months, she e-mails me out of the blue. The tone of the e-mail was friendly as our earlier exchanges.

I'm confused. Does she want to be friends or is she trying to get me back into a relationship?

For at least the 20th time or so my English teacher told me to shut up. I have had non stop problems with this woman and she is disrupting my education. She has a rage control problem, is a bully and is a mediocre teacher. I have no issues with telling her how I feel about her, except after the last episode she banned me from class until I got reinstated yesterday after nearly two weeks. Today, I just said don't you dare tell me to shut up ever again or I'll sue. She just glared at me and told me she is going to call my dad. He is still at work, so who knows what happened.

ok so there is this guy who has been liking me for weeks now, and has been trying every possible thing to say in order to get me to like him back.... and i want 2 get 2 kno him. he is really nice and funny. my friends think that I make it too obvious I like him. Well there is this girl I kinda like, she is like my sister because she is so simalar to me, and we are working together, I am the president and she is the secretary. I called her for 3 or 4 times in the beginning of the year to get things going, but her family took it the wrong way, thining I liked her. Then one day at the meeting, we went on a walk to my locker and we discussed some of the problems I am having with the school. She told her parents that I discussed my problems with her and they suspect that I like her. She said no way, because if they met me they wouldnt think that I liked her. It is for some reason bothering me alot. I kinda dont want to run into their family because i am idk embarrsed but I didnt do anything but do my job. I am young (jr high) and kinda, not really want to date, cause I think I am too young, but I dont want to be involved with her after this and I just want to know how I respond to her and her family, cause I am seeing her tomarrow?
