For at least the 20th time or so my English teacher told me to shut up. I have had non stop problems with this woman and she is disrupting my education. She has a rage control problem, is a bully and is a mediocre teacher. I have no issues with telling her how I feel about her, except after the last episode she banned me from class until I got reinstated yesterday after nearly two weeks. Today, I just said don't you dare tell me to shut up ever again or I'll sue. She just glared at me and told me she is going to call my dad. He is still at work, so who knows what happened.

Gussie - great point. Emawee most certainly has one of the sharpest minds on Yahoo Answers.

Gussie - Emawee's answer from yesterday, which was a very good one, seems to be gone, I guess you reported her, and that is bullying.

It sounds to me like you need to let your parents know what happens whether she calls your dad or not. You should also go to the principal or some other authority figure in school (maybe a guidance counselor) and explain everything to them. If anyone is having similar issues, bring them along for support and to show that you're not the only one who feels this way. In the meantime, I would back off. I understand how frustrating it is to be treated that way, and I admire you for speaking your mind. But there are times, even when it's difficult, that it's better to back off and let things simmer. You're the under-dog here, whether you like it or not, so the more you react to her, the worse you'll make your own situation. Try keeping track of what she says and when she says it. Quote her word for word if you can. It'll make your argument more compelling when you go to the principal.

Why should anyone respect your opinion when you don't even respect yourself.I can't see you being concerned about your education based on your own questions. As for bullying ,you admitted in a prior question you thought that bullying was alright. You said if you didn't do it to the victim then someone else would do it.Didn't you deny that person to a peaceful environment for their education? Oh, so it is different if you are the victim. Didn't you and Emawee say it would be fun to hit the teacher. You should have been suspended long ago. What does it say about your behaviour when your father won't speak up in your defence.I think it is long overdue for you to act like you're 16 not 6.

I think this teacher is the first person in your life who has expected you to follow the rules and suffer consequences for your actions. From all the questions you ask, I think you are left to your own devices way too much and not supervised nearly enough. I think you are disrupting the education of all the other students in your classes with your self centered behavior. School and Life are not about just you and the sooner you learn that the better off you will be. You father needs to leave work and spank your bare bottom for your ongoing bad behavior, take away you computer and ground you to your room. Someone at the school needs to keep the local police department on speed dial for when you finally blow up and they can take you out of the school where someone will finally be in control of you.

It sounds like you both have issues. It is not polite to tell anyone to shut up. I suspect there is more to this story than listed here but you cannot be combative and learn. You also cannot tolerate a teacher that treats you unfairly. You need your school counselor to intervene and I would abide by their decision and try not to get so angry. Maybe it is somthing else and you both have a personality that does not gel.

You cannot sue her for telling you to shut up. Don't be idiotic.
If you truly have a problem with this woman, go to the counselor and ask to be transferred. Why make both of your lives miserable? If you are being disruptive, then you deserve it. If she truly sucks, then quit threatening with the great American bluff, go the the school officials, and fight to change things without bullying. Or suck it up, shut up, and count the days until May.

LOL 'best tax enhance in history'. No that occurred in the time of Reagan. Your bubble would be heavily burst. Obama will genuinely defeat Romney. Democrats will shop administration of the Senate. Republicans will shop the domicile yet lose some seats.

You've got to be kidding me.
You have nothing to sue for, and AT BEST you may get transferred to another class.
I honestly don't think you're giving the whole story...just your one sided spin. Stop being a brat, do your work, and SHUT UP in the class. If you don't want to learn and just want to gab with your friends, do it after class and let her do her job.
You have a wake up call coming when you get out in the real world.

I'm sorry to have to tell you this but your mother is probably watching you and regreting ever birthing such a brat. A bit harsh yes , but I'd be ashamed if you were my daughter and it's amazing that you still have both of your legs intact.

I think you should earn just enough money to take and give to a lawyer who will explain to you why you can't sue or get any change from $100 for being told that.

The school year is almost over. Just stay quiet and pay attention in class. Don't give the teacher any reason to give you a hard time. (I know this could be hard.) Good luck
