please help. i have a 10-year-old daughter and for a few years there, i didn't get to see her because her mother wouldn't let me. i didn't know how simple obtaining visitation rights were until last year when i went to court and got joint custody. during the time i didn't see her, i didn't pay child support, which i know is WRONG, so i accumulated $6,000 in arrearages. i contacted the state last june before going for visitation rights to work out a payment arrangement. ever since i got joint custody, my ex has been on a mission to destroy me and has even told me so. she has charged me with 'flagrant non support' even though i am paying child support through my check and i have a payment arrangement with the state. should i get a lawyer? can i still go to jail? i understand that if she would have done this BEFORE i contacted the state, i would be facing jail time. please help. if i'm in jail, how can i pay?

She has gone into a property I own and takin it away which was given as inhertance and not let me see my son since november but I am paying the mortgage on the property and keeping the heat on while she has a boyfriend living in there. I do have a lawyer. What if anything can I do?

Every morning before i go to work i always leave my girlfriend a note of how much i love her. i want to propose to her and am thinking of leaving it on one of the note before i go to work. do you think this will be romantic. I always leave the notes for her to read to help give her a good start to the day. I was also thinking of leaving the note in the fridge on top of the box. she will see it when she goes to get her breakfast

Sex on the first date is absolutely unexceptable. I understand if you already knew the person but if you guys just meant then you don't really know the outcome of it. I am 21 and I have a very dear friend of mine that is in her 80's. Does anyone have ideas for activities that I can involve her in? She has a very sharp mind and can still get around on her own. I feel like I'm about 14 typing this question. I know it's lame and I probably shouldn't give it any attention.

But I got engaged and my fiance abused me, so we broke up for awhile, so I started seeing (but not dating) my best friend. Well my fiance and I worked things out, so I told my best friend and he got mad and wouldn't speak to me for like 2 months. I am almost ready to give up on my boyfriend and I don't know what to do.

We keep having the same recurring conversations about how he treats me and how I want more than what he is giving. He says that "maybe" we can see each other tomorrow and he will "try" to see me on Sunday. There's nothing going on to stop him from being with me and making concrete plans with me.

Earlier, I told him that I am nearing the end and that I love him but I feel myself closing him off emotionally. But he continues to be the same way.

I don't feel like seeing him at all now. I don't know how to deal with feeling like I'm not important to him. He thinks I'm overreacting.

My best friends aren't allowed to go to our middle school dance because we have to get up early the next morning, so I thought we could surprize them wit a Not-Going-To-The-Dance Party. Heres the deal, I am having a tough pregnancy. I am also trying to go to school. I will be finished with my degree in a year and will make alone 50 grand a year. I feel like school is most important right now and we just need to rough it out until Im finished since I do not feel well and need to concentrate on school. He makes about 2400 a month. I have 3400 in credit card debt, 60 in car insurance, 50 phone bill, he has a 300 car payment, 100 insurance....his business went belly up and we have to move in with my folks until we get on our feet and plan on being on our own in a couple months before the baby comes. We already have all of our baby things, stock of diapers for about 6 months, and wic for formula. We won't really have to buy much for the baby bc my mom get things very cheap for us. With all our bills into consideration, and also considering soon we will have rent and utilities, can we make it until I finish school? Also we do not buy anything that is not a necessity

that we were going to have to cancel our dinner plans because he had to work late.He is unhappy w/his job so he is not helping the other guys hurry up and get finished because he is mad.It is valentines day and I have been looking forward to a nice romantic dinner w/out the kids (3 of them) and we really needed it.
