your lawyer should push to get a hearing in family court before a court commissioner.

I would speak with your lawyer and ask what the hold up is. If she isn't providing relevant financial information, you may be able to file a Motion to Compel to force her to comply with financial disclosure requirements. Additionally, you may want to see about getting some temporary relief with respect to the visitation issue. Some states require mediation prior to going to court on temporary issues. If your state does not require mediation before temporary relief, ask your lawyer if it would be appropriate to file a Motion for Temporary Relief so that you get visitations with your son before the trial in your divorce. However, alimony and child support may be ordered at such a hearing, which is something to think about. Regardless, I would speak with your attorney and tell them that you are unhappy with how long the process is taking and get answers as to why its taking longer than you expected and whether there is anything that you can do to help push things forward. Good Luck!

Buy a shotgun and kick them out. Fire your current lawyer and get a good one. Don't skimp on the fees. A good lawyer will have them out of your house in no time. If the property is not under your name, you are not obligated to pay the mortgage.

So what are you waiting for. You filed so tell your attorney to have the courts set a date. The courts will notify her and then go thru with it. If she doesnt show then you win all around and then theres nothing she can do about it. Good luck

Thank the Gods you don't have to spend the rest of your life with her.
