Ok, so I've liked this guy at my school since the beginning of the school year. i'll call him "J" for my convenience. He actually knows who I am, and we talked together occasionally, but I didn't make it obvious that I like him because he's kind of popular, and I'm just average. But THEN, on Friday, "J"'s friend came up to me and he asked me if I liked "j". I immediately said noooo, i'm just friends with him.
well apparently, his friend knew I was lying, and practically spread to the whole school that i like "J"!!!!!!!! But the thing is, "J" actually believes my lie that I don't like him more than a friend and I feel terrible lying to him, but if I do say yes i like him, the whole school will know it's true and i HATE attention. what should I do??

I have a step child that me and my husband had desided to both raise him and for me to treat him as my own. we were making all the choices but all of a sudden his mom got involved and she is telling him how to raise kaden(his son). he is believing her and is doing what she says. He now want listen to me at all. but expects me to do what his mom says and i dont agree with any of it. should i just back off and tell him to raise his son on his own or what. and standing up to his mom is not an option because eric my husband wont let me. please help.

I had this dream where I was visiting my friend and she lived in Paris so I had to fly on a plane. On the way to Paris, it was a 12 hour flight, and the guy sitting next to me was a guy in my social studies class. Before the plane took off, I told him I was really scared and then he held my hand. The whole way there we played truth or dare and would you rather. While we were playing truth or dare he dared me to kiss him and I did and I acted like it was no big deal. And then in would you rather he said would you rather kiss me or the guy you used to like? And I said you. And then we got off the plane and my friend who I sorta don't like picked me up and was mad at me and drove me back to my house. She kept yelling at me and saying YOU DON'T REALLY LOVE HIM and I kept saying that I did. She was mad because I was going out with him now.Then I helped her fix a dress she had and she wasn't mad at me at all. Then I woke up. It was SOO weird.

I've been talking to a girl, very nice and all that, but she keeps changing her mind. We were planning on seeing eachother for the first time on the weekend (we've been talking for a month or two now) and one day she says, yeah, let's try this out, i think it'll work, and then the next day she says, i don't know if this works. Why do girls keep changing their minds? I say I give her until this weekend to make up her mind, and if she can't, i'm giving up. So is there anything else that I can do? well what happened was we were just sat down eating breakfast, kippers and egg benedict when all of a sudden, mother had a violent outburst and told me i shouldnt still be a virgin at the age of 28! She said i needed to get out more. Then she went straight to the telephone and phoned her brother who is single. She has arranged for us to go for a meal tomorrow night. Is this normal? my husband treats me like i'm his everything,he is really good to me but, i have reason to think he is cheating. i looked in his cellphone messages and there was a message from a female saying that f. u. c. *. means friends u can keep, and promise me you will f. u. c. * me forever, then there was a picture of her as well,he just got this cell # so she could have sent it to the wrong #(slim chance though!) but, would he really keep this type of message and picture in his phone if he knew it was there? if he were cheating, wouldnt he make sure to delete any text messages from another female? should i confront him now or wait till i get the cell bill to see if there are phone conversations as well? he shows no signs of infedility emotionally nor sexually. he always want some, so there is no decrease in his sex drive, he willingly lets me look through his phone, we have been married for 8 yrs and together almost 13 total.i know he loves me,i can be overreacting BUT i cant overlook this!

well 2 months ago we broke up, and when we broke up he said we can give it another shot in the summer, and i heard here and there that he likes me, but again im hearing here and there that hes using me. We received an invite to hubby's h.s. best buddy's sister wedding -we haven't seen (or talked to) her in 14 yrs when we were out for the buddy's wedding. (We haven't seen said buddy in that long either - just an exchange of cmas cards). The wedding is about 900 miles away.

We took the gesture as being kind to think of us (my mother in law got an invitation as well - and she hasn't seen them in 17 years.) Obviously however, we won't be going. There was no RSVP card.

Two questions:
First:
I would like to at least send a card. My question is do I need to send some type of gift as well? (Gift card, cash, small gift).

And for my own curiosity:
There was no RSVP card although there were directions to the wedding site, should we take that as it was safe for them to assume we wouldn't come (although we considered it as an excuse to get away from the kidlets LOL) or is a common practice if it is an "open" reception and no RSVP needed. Thoughts?

I've noticed her since October. I will go chronologically:
1. I let her have my seat once, she said "Really? Thank you so much!"
2. She sat in front of me, smiled, asked when my bday was
3. Came up to me on the bleachers, said she thought iw as cool, if i had a girlfriend, what my fav color is.says we're in 1 class together
4. Her and her friend enter the room, point and laugh at me, i ask em why, keep laughing (friendly laugh)
5. I think that she looks over at me sometimes
6. Hear her say "My first and last name" to her friend
7. Doesn't talk to me for 1 month
8. Asks if i was in her class (though shes in the only class ther is, and im not in it) thought that was a little weird
9. Runs in gym class really fast to catch up with me, we dont say a word
10. sits next to me that same day, multiple times, doesn't say a word (we were probably 3-4 inches apart)
11. comes up to me ad asks if she can see something in my hand, does sumthin funny, goesaw
