Go with something simple like a happy valentine's day balloon and dinner or a movie. It says "you're my valentine" without saying "let's be together forever" too early

as a man, i find valentine's day way too superficial and materialistic to even want anything. All i'd ask for from my girl is a kiss and a "i love you"
