there is no such thang as popular.they r just well known.go up to him and talk to him a little bit about bein so call popular or act u r doin a survey.b u.

popularity is irrelvant. be nice, smile, give eye contact, maybe some flashy nice clothes and contact him. popularity is only a view point, ignore that factor.
