Friend closes door..then reopens with stupid emails..mad over me telling him to stay away from a brutal women?

should i speak to him via email,while he is in the beginning stages with this very mean woman..I also have the PLEASURE of seeing this relationship...I know he misses me..he said no more conversations between us,but 10 days later he is in my mail with attachments that dont open....I know he wants to here from me....but i feel what for???????
