Me and my wife went to a mediator for a divorce.I had a list for us to argee on. She didn't have one. I want to have the kids on school
nites.She can have them on all weekend,school holidays and summerbreaks.We both would switch on holidays.She also will continue to pay me child support.The kids go to school where i live.She wants to have the kids 4 days and me 3 days.The following week I have them 4 days and she 3 days. I told Mediator her way won't work,plus my wife live with her parents.She told the mediator the day care my husband want doesn't allow enough time for him to spin with the kids I also told my lawyer she won't agree on anything.Because she trying to get out of paying child support She $1300.00 behind in child support,she didn't pay not one cent since the child support started. I told my lawyer does child support carry any weight. When It come to child custody.My lawyer tell me the judge will screw us both.If we don't come to a agree.If she kept saying NO,what can i do

we havent talked at all in a month ever since winter break began. we didnt get to the stage of being lovers--just attraction that didnt create a 'connection'. i was really sad. told her this and how awkward it is being friends. still, she'd hug me after times of not seeing each other...the thing is, i realize its better to cut ties with her, but despite my busyness with school, i still think about her, even as i watch TV or read or eat...i got her out of my life, but not my head yet. ive been trying for 3 months..how can i stop?

My fiance is the most romantic, beautiful man I've ever met. He has two sons from a short young marraige. I have no kids. I'm always bothered, he doesn't show me nothing less than all his love and attension. He's very emotional, passionate and family oriented. He's all about his sons and being a great father from his bad experience of his divorced parents. I always feel that he still loves her. Once he went on me after one of his games, he plays arena ball. I told him one of my girls said his wife was after these men while her sons was pulling her in the other direction. He yelled at me saying don't talk about his sons mother! That put so much issues with in me. Sometimes I feel like he tries to show off like he's tring to prove something. It shouldn't matter. She is not so attractive at all, she seems childish quite and sly. She cheated and even though he still tried she didn't want him and he painfully initiated the divorce. A year later it's me. What do you think divorcee's?

Last week good friends of mine told me that my wife openly confessed she had an affair with a distant cousin of hers. I talked to my wife and she said it was not true. I believed my wife as her cousin is pressently staying with us and I could not see any love between them. Last night my friend talked to wife on the phone and asked basic questions about the affair but this time her husband tapped the phone. The conversation concluded that she had an affair. I love my wife very much and I am willing to forgive her despite she also had a two year affair with someone before we married. However she is also trying to get pregnant and on the recorded conversation she mentioned she is still having sex my her cousin and said that I would not know who's child it would be. Now I am affraid she has gone too far and what I can't understand why my wife would have done all this as I have provided everything including a lot of love for her.

ok well my friend is perfect at everyhting that she does!I hate people that are good at everyhting that they do.Lots of my friends think shes perfect too. anyways let me tell u a couple of htings that she had done..well first of all at our skool we have a thing fo r P.E. called the shirt program and it starts from the 6th grade to 8th well people in the program oyu have to help during P.E. and u get to move up in to the next color of shirt and that means that ur getting better. So you start wiht a orange shirt and oyu work up to the black shirt which is the highest so all my friends r triing ot get threr black shirts and i really want mines bad but i know that my friend will bet up and get hers first! also in spanish the teacher said that the only top person is her!!! i was like wtf im good in soanish too..i mean i do my work and everything!!!!! i mean if one time i get a good grade and i tell her shes going to be like srry i dotn competet with people but shes actually doing it..help!

Ok,I am 23,hubby 25,no kids,been together 7 years.He has always been a great worker over 40 hrs a week for the past 6 yearsI have always had a job too.We have been married 3 1/2 years.hubby keeps throwing up money cuz he makes 23.an hr and I make 9 at one job and 6 at my other one.We lived by his parents for 3 years,and sold the house and moved in w/his sister (it was supposed to be for just a couple months)he tells me that because of ME we have nothing,but he never has any $,I always have more $ then he does!!He says I am dumb(i have a business degree,I got 2 years ago...and fixing to start realtor school)he says im never going to be anyone in life,and etc..I am getting fed up,I have talked calmly an that dont work,yelling doesnt either.and I am sick of it.He says MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HAPPINESS???What would YOU DO?I have been "polling" people and everyone says LEAVE FAST.But we have been together 7 years,I love him but dont know what else to do?ADVICE???Thanks guys
