I've noticed on a lot of dating sites it seems the attractive men have this more often then an ugly, short, and bald one.

It means they like to see intense pain inflicted (Sadism) or have intense pain inflicted upon them (Masochism) during the sexual act, or to stimulate their arousal. It also sometimes involves humiliation of the partner. Dangerous, sick and perverted. Stay away.
