What does this mean?

What does it mean if a guy wants you to call him, even though he has your number, and he never uses it? Does it mean that he isn't really that interested? If that's not the case, wouldn't he call, too? Please advise! Thanks!

A lot of people just hate making calls, especially if it's just to "talk".

Guys like discussing topics, sports, cars, politics; to exchange information. They don't really enjoy talking to share feelings or the points girls usually hit on; to them it's talking just for the sake of talking, which we find boring (usually).
