Isn't this the reason you went to a mediator? If your current mediator is not helping, then you should change the mediator.

Tell her to sign off on the kids,,, Then you take the kids and make a life for them,, She not,,, Go to court get custody of the kids,, you sound like the better parent ,,Make it clear to her that the kids are the most impotent thing,, Not the fight between you and her,, the kid will be the ones that will be hurt,,, And thy don't need that,,, What is the best thing for them,,, The one or you that loves them the most will have the answers,,, And my prayer's are with you GOD Bless hope you the best

Go down the list of difference and see where you can give in so you can get what you want.
