Me and my wife went to a mediator for a divorce.I had a list for us to argee on. She didn't have one. I want to have the kids on school
nites.She can have them on all weekend,school holidays and summerbreaks.We both would switch on holidays.She also will continue to pay me child support.The kids go to school where i live.She wants to have the kids 4 days and me 3 days.The following week I have them 4 days and she 3 days. I told Mediator her way won't work,plus my wife live with her parents.She told the mediator the day care my husband want doesn't allow enough time for him to spin with the kids I also told my lawyer she won't agree on anything.Because she trying to get out of paying child support She $1300.00 behind in child support,she didn't pay not one cent since the child support started. I told my lawyer does child support carry any weight. When It come to child custody.My lawyer tell me the judge will screw us both.If we don't come to a agree.If she kept saying NO,what can i do

Isn't this the reason you went to a mediator? If your current mediator is not helping, then you should change the mediator.

Tell her to sign off on the kids,,, Then you take the kids and make a life for them,, She not,,, Go to court get custody of the kids,, you sound like the better parent ,,Make it clear to her that the kids are the most impotent thing,, Not the fight between you and her,, the kid will be the ones that will be hurt,,, And thy don't need that,,, What is the best thing for them,,, The one or you that loves them the most will have the answers,,, And my prayer's are with you GOD Bless hope you the best

You say I will give you "A" if you give me "B".
Then I will give you "C" if you give me "D".
Go down the list of difference and see where you can give in so you can get what you want.
