I started seeing some one in November and we have got really close, I have known him for a few years. Only problem is I have recently met someone online who lives about 40 miles away and we have really clicked. We like each other but havent met up yet.
what should I do? Any suggestions? sounds really stupid but this has never happened to me before.

Personally I would check this new guy out. What do you have to loose. Make sure that shes safe and not a 70 man, with mental problems. If you meet him up with him make it clear to him you don't want anything physical.
