I live with a guy. We have talked about marriage in the future. He wants us to be married later. Right now we are both earning our masters degrees, so between tuition and bills, I understand why he wants to wait. It is for the best, but I would still like to be validated as more than a girldfriend anyway, maybe like a long engagement. Am I being unreasonable? I am traditional, and I want him to propose on his own time, but silly as it sounds a ring would make me feel better.

we are both girls, I am 17 and she's 20.. I don't know what to do because it's the last thing she'd expect if I'd ever hit on her.. But I feel so strongly about this situation.. Sometimes I just feel like kissing her or hugging her, just being close to her.. Is this weird, if it is, theres nothing I can do about it because I can't control this emotion for her. She is Bisexual but I don't know what she would think if I let her know how I feel.. Please help me..

I've been chatting with this girl for a few weeks, not daily however. We've exchanged phone numbers. I've also called her once.
Sometime ago she asked for my pics. I mailed them. But when I asked her pics, she said she won't send them so early. When I asked her why is this, she said because she is girl.
What is this supposed to mean? I am tired chatting now. There is nothing left to chat. We know enough about each other's background. How can take this further?

my partner moved away a few weeks ago. we have a daughter of 4 we were together for 7 yrs. we keep in touch but he is finding it really hard being away from us, he rang yesterday crying saying he thinks he is depressed, he feels so low and cant get himself out of it. he cries when he talks to his daughter, so then she gets upset. he hasent rang me today, and i think its because he just dosent want me anymore, he hasnt said this, its just a feeling i have, am i being paranoid or is he just finding it hard to speak to me as he gets upset. i am supposed to be moving to be with him at the end of this year.....

It seem like a lot of girls seem to just have sex with about anyone, dont get me wrong.. unfortunately as a guy I was down that road once before however now.. my opinion of it has completely changed. I am still in love with my ex girlfriend very much, and she believes in having sex with people you love, which I think is a very good idea and makes me happy she is not a slut. However this girl Jenna tells her that having sex with someone you love is in the past and she should have sex with whomever she wants, even someone she thinks is hot, that she needs to go and have great sex. This disgusts me and It would kill me to see her ever turn into that. Why are so many girl like that these days?

My dad told me that my mom was smoking years ago, way before they were married. my mom smoked alot and my dad told her to stop smoking or he will not marry her, i didn't believe my dad because its impossible for my mom to smoke of such a good heart. I stayed in my moms apartment in japan (my mom works there) and I saw cigarettes in the fridge, still I didn't believe my dad cauz it might be from someone else like moms best friend. but last night my uncles, my mom and dad were talking & one of my uncles is smoking and I cant believe my eyes, my mom took one of the cigarettes & lighted it. I was angry at her that time. our family musn't smoke because thats our family deal. and she broke it, I must calm myself but I can't. what should I do to stop being angry at her? I'm not comfy on talking to her. I just want to know how to calm myself in my anger

The reason that I ask is that I have been thinking about sex a lot lately. I am 24 and have had three partners. The first just liked to do it and nothing else. The second was a one nighter. The third is the man I'm with now. We have been together for four years. He can only do it for like five minutes cuz he has a problem. He is very well trained in other areas though. Anyways since I have had sex on the mind, I've been thinking about how much fun it would be to mess around with some of his very hot friends. I know this is wrong and I probably would never follow through with my evil thoughts, although it would be nice:) So what gives have I reached my sexual peak cuz I wanna do it all the time and it's always on my mind? I am really in love with this guy. But he has a son,and I dont have any kids so I really dont know how to aaccept that.When we have plans, he always have to go get his son. I was diagnosed with anxiety a month and a half ago and it is leading me to believe that I have fallen out of love with my boyfriend. He is wonderful and before this all happened (actually 4 days b4 it all happened) I wrote him a list of 101 reasons why I loved him. And I was not pressuring myself to come up with those feelings. They were just there. Anyways, 4 days later I woke up and was not attracted to him and was depressed and angry about my feelings. I want to love him again. He is great and the first 4 months of our relationship was out of this world. He is my first boyfriend who I got along with as friends. I have always been in drama filled relationships and now I am finally in a normal one. I have been on Effexor since this happened and I have my check-up today. I want to know if it just the anxiety that is leading me to believe these thoughts.
