It seem like a lot of girls seem to just have sex with about anyone, dont get me wrong.. unfortunately as a guy I was down that road once before however now.. my opinion of it has completely changed. I am still in love with my ex girlfriend very much, and she believes in having sex with people you love, which I think is a very good idea and makes me happy she is not a slut. However this girl Jenna tells her that having sex with someone you love is in the past and she should have sex with whomever she wants, even someone she thinks is hot, that she needs to go and have great sex. This disgusts me and It would kill me to see her ever turn into that. Why are so many girl like that these days?

I know how you feel. Some of my friends are like that. These days you just cannot do that. There are so many diseases you can catch. I think that they do that because they have no self respect for themselves and are selfish when it comes to their pleasure. I find it nasty. Having sex with someone you love is not in the past. It has always been that way and always will. These girls think it is a game. They play with guys emotions and don't care who they hurt. All I can say is when they get a STD, don't come crying to me. If you treat your body like a piece of meat, prepare for the consequences. I hope your ex doesn't do that. Talk to her and try and explain how truly disgusting it is. Also, tell her how you feel about her, maybe that will change her mind. Good luck.

Well with society these days do you really have to wonder. People are more in to experiencing and being with as many other as they can. I personally am not a Slut nor do I go sleeping around with just anyone. (STD'S and getting pregnant is real and happens some much more theses days)But I can say that guys do make you feel like you have to give it up to them and in most cases is all there looking for. If your girl is younger and her friend is telling her this she (her friend) may just be insecure with her self and searching for something to fill a void in her life thus the reason she feels it necessary to sleep around as well as trying not to feel like she is the only one doing she is thinking her friend should be the same.. Its good to know you have have sex with someone because you love them and want more that just sex.. kudos to you. I suggest your g/f get some new friends ones that have more RESPECT for them selves as well as self confidence. Besides men do respect a woman more when she is not so will to give it up. We're bombarded with sex all the time! TV, music, movies...you name it.
I'm not saying that the media is making us have sex but it has made our society a lot more open about sex. I don't think more girls are having sex, I think that more people are talking about it because it is socially acceptable.
It also seems like parents aren't talking to their kids about sex, like before.
When I hear about 12 year old girls giving blow jobs, it makes me sick...and a little worried. Don't get me wrong, there were girls like that when I was 12 but they were considered "bad girls."
I guess what I'm saying is that you should focus on living up to your own ideals and morals and find someone who fits in with that.
And stop calling girls sluts! It's demeaning to women everywhere! You're bringing back the woman's movement by doing that!

I shouldn't say all women,but many women do that these days,because they do not give a ****.But keep in mind,that there are men that have sex with a lot of girls,so in a sense as men we shouldn't call women sluts either,because we are just as guilty.
Maybe the reason why many women are such sluts as you put it,is because they don't want to stay tied down to just one guy,or just can't get enough sex.In these days men and women together pretty
much sleeps around,so in my opinion many people are sluts,not just women.

Its not only the girls the guys that are having the sex with them are sluts also. Everything is about sex nowadays...tv, music, movies, its hard to get away from it so people do it because they think it will make them more liked and popular

HA you seem to be forgetting the MEN that sleep with these women, the same MEN who have sex with 3-4 different women every week, just as much as girl sluts...the reason EVERYBODY is a slut these days is because there are no inhibitions and it has become so much more casual and accepted to sleep with who you want, when you want...

I think it's because a lot of younger girls want to be loved so bad that they are willing to do anything to get guys attention. I think most of the time it's because they are not getting the love at home because they come from dysfunctional families that don't show them love. It's just sad.

you're right they are..........i'm nearly 17 but have only ever had sex with my boyfriend (of 18 months), I love him so it's ok, I know we'll be together forever and never have anyone else. lots of my friends do just go round screwing anyone and anything, it's humiliating (for them) if you ask me.
