My girlfriend finds it offensive if I leave out gifts and not put them away. She thinks that it makes them insignificant, thinking I am not considerate and that they won't be used.

i think im going into depreesion! what should i do? i think its because my mom is real strict on me and she hardly lets me out of our house. i only go to school and come home and maybe sometimes go and stay with my grandma. its like that because i told her when i was 13 i smoked grass with my cousin. but i was honest to tell her before she found out on her own. and now that im 16 i dont get to do nothing! my relatives try to tell her that she's too strict on me but my moms old-fashioned
does anybody have any suggestions on what i should do to earn her trust

Hi, I'm a male in my mid-twenties. I don't have many friends, but I do have many acquaintences from school. I would like to make some of them my friends. I am thinking of asking some of them if they would like to hang out.

But I'm hesistant to because I'm not good at socializing. I'm a good listener, but not that good at keeping up a conversation. I find that after a while, we have talked about everything that we can and then there's nothing to talk about. It gets kind of awkward then to force conversation. This is one of the reasons why I've avoided hanging out with friends.

Can anyone give me suggestions on what kinds of things I can speak about with my friends? I don't want to talk about politics, world affairs, or religion. I want things to stay light and fun. But I don't know how I can keep that up for an hour or more. Plus, I'm afraid that on subsequent meetings we won't have anything to talk about and our conversation will become circular. Thanks for the help.

I had a huge fight with my boyfriend. I know i acted like a huge jerk but i didnt know how else to handle things. My boyfriend is a nice person but he is so into himself and his things than anyone else. he told me that his stuff means more to him then his family or friends. He is also at my house 24/7. That might be okay for some people but im kind of a loner and i really like some time to myself. Also he will call me at all hours of the night after i already told him i'm going to sleep. I know i sound petty but i really dont know how to handle it without hurting his feelings.

never had a girlfriend and when people find that out they

My parents really piss me off to the highest level. I am 21 years old and I hardly do anything and they still are not satisfied. I told them i was going to a friends house for new years and my dad is going to say that no I can't go! What the hell is that? I am away at school most of the year so how the hell can you tell me I can't go somewhere when you don't know where I am most of the time? I already have social issues and they have helped contribute to that. I have already talked to them about this and they still keep acting dumb! I was in Indonesia for five months to spend time with my fiance: to meet her family, understand her culture, and to help her with the business. Then I went home to spend the holidays with my parents. The agreement was that she would follow in December so that she could see my country. Unfortunately, this never happened. She was offered a contract job abroad, but promised to return in 6 months. i broke up with my bf because i didnt see him in a week nd then on our 1 month he was unreachable so we didnt see each other till it was the next day (i did this even tho im still majorlyy attracted 2 him) so then later he calls nd is trying not 2 cry nd tlls me i ment so much 2 him nd that he hated we ended for no good reason( even tho i think it was a good reason) nd so any way a day later i ended up asking him if he thinks its worth another try nd he says hes not sure because now that hes had some time 2 think he relized that he likes another girl and me so he tells me to wait awhile before i move on 2 some one else so he can figure stuff out. so i do. nd even tho 2 other guys ask me out i say no because i wanted 2 give him some time. then later i find out that hes going out with a new girl that ive never even heard of. so i screwed up thngs wth my other optons because he wouldnt be honest wth me nd now i d0nt no wat 2 do next...please give me sum advice!

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a wile. We live in two diffrent staes so its not like i can tell if he is cheating. We used to talk alot but now we dont talk as much. When he does come online he tells me stuff that gets me really mad, But then he doesnt understand. I tell him that if he ever likes another girl or wants to brake up to tell me, But he always says i wont tell you because its not going to happen. Most of my friends say to give him his sapce, But when i do i always feel like he is with or talking to another girl. He can get moody sometimes but other times when we do talk its grate. We seemed to hit it off pretty well.. but then I had to go away and we broke contact for a bit. Over the summer we started talking againg but I was in a relationship with someone so nothing pursued farther.... well, its almost the new year and I was invited to his place with a couple of friends last night, (and things btw me and my man are kinda rocky) regardless i put all that aside and had a great time. we sat up and talked for a very long time last night( we were drinking but neither of us was drunk) and we kissed... i feel horrible because its cheating, and ive never done that, but why am i doing that... is that me saying its time to move on? even if its not with this guy or was i just wondering... it was hard because as i walked through the door and saw him i kinda got an instant crush on him, i find him very cute and such a big teddy bear. but because of the kiss, i cant tell if he likes me... what should i do... ive been leaning towards breaking up with the bf since b4 this.
