I have custody of my son. But for the last year hes lived in LA with his dad. I also was sappose to live there but at the last minute he changed his mind. He has now filed temp, custody of my son. Because he has lived there the past year will the courts give him temp custody until we go back to court?

i did nothing but cry for 2 days straight, i still want to cry but i physically can't whats wrong with me? i am very depressed i was also in love with this man, he was my first love we also dated for almost 2 yrs so we have a history together now whereever i go i feel reminded of him, and i feel so numb emotionally some times i feel like im dead. how do i cope?? im so lost.

To make the long story short:
*long distance relationship (we are taking it more like in a friends kind of way)
*he wrote me a letter when I was leaving... the letter finished with a : Love and then his name
*I sent him an ecard just 3 days ago saying Love and my name

Is that bad??

PS: I DIDN'T TAKE THE L WORD TOO SERIOUSLY, BECAUSE WE HADN'T USED IT YET, SO I THOUGHT IT MEANT LIKE "WITH LOVE" OR SOMETHING.. What do you think

For the first two dates I kissed him on the cheek and gave him a hug, sensing he would not kiss me and afraid I might fall into the "friend only zone."
