of couse a nice *** or nice rack is good, but if she dont have good lookin' eyes...and a good personality...you can forget it

I would first look at her eyes, (the eyes are the mirror to a persons soul) then i would look at the personality, if she does have a good personality and it isn't just a pretence to get attention i would say that she has a chance, If she happens to have a good looking body then its a bonus.
It doesn't help to go for looks if you are looking for something such as a long term relationship, If you can't laugh together and have some fun and enjoy each others company then someone like me wont even bother.

T n A. Just kidding a little. Guys do prefer a woman who does look nice and is well developed. However, if she doesn't have a good head on her shoulders she is only going to be someone he gets sex from. If she has a good head on her shoulders then she brings more to the table. Chemistry mostly, and men are very visual so keep that in mind, men also are physical and attraction ease of communication seems paramount. but just as in all people, someone we click well with and enhance our lives, men do prefer honest women, thats my take, also whether you believe it or not, how you feel about yourself reflects how others will treat you, that is the bar,

Physical appearance is important in the beginning, but if the guy has any brains he will soon turn and check her personality. They way she carries herself, her mannerism,,,etc...For me the looks are important but the personality far out weighs the looks.

99% of guys just the looks. Everyonce in awhile awhile you get a guy that will look past that and see your personallity and your since of humor and your attitude. .5% of those guys are gay. lol and the other .5% are hard to find. I'm in the hard to find catagory

well if i dont know her..the first thing would be her physical.. i personally look at faces after i get 2 know her i look 4 them 2 be honest and doesnt lie... everything else we could work with

I am no guy but everyone is different so it depends on the person you are talking about. Guys in general, want personality, and others might just want the physical traits, such as your wieght, or your breasts.

Mostly if there really interested they look at what they have in common with you and if there really not interested they will just like the way you look
