I have custody of my son. But for the last year hes lived in LA with his dad. I also was sappose to live there but at the last minute he changed his mind. He has now filed temp, custody of my son. Because he has lived there the past year will the courts give him temp custody until we go back to court?

Since your son has lived in California for over a year and is (I would assume) in school here he is considered a resident. In California one only needs to live in whatever county they are in for 6 months to be considered a resident of that county. Since he is now a resident of the county he lives in it will be likely that the father will get temporary custody...and in California he can file for child support from you, including the BACK support for the past year. I suggest you talk to your lawyer.

Are you the shack up with him? Or what's your involvement? look those toddlers choose for serious psychological well being therapy and that they could be faraway from all in touch. How interior the hell is switching to Daddy Dearest going to help them start up getting adjusted instead of in basic terms into yet another unsteady relationship with a guy they do no longer even understand? call CPS so the toddler/ren may be faraway from grandmothers domicile and into foster properties, sure that would actual be greater useful for them. i could freaking hitch hike to work out my toddlers if i did no longer have the money for a "airplane cost ticket". Hell a bus cost ticket is a million/4 the cost. all people in touch has an excuse time to think of of the toddlers now.
