I met a guy online about 3 months ago he lives in the United Kingdom, and I live in the US. We have become very close in the last 3 months sent many letters back and forth, talk on the phone everyday, etc. I am currently married but have thoughts of divorce, (I had these thoughts before I met him) he plans to come and visit me in February of next year and then possibly eventually come here for good. Is it possible this will even ever work?

I have been separated for 11 months and know now that divorce is pending. This is after 14 years of marriage and 20 years of being together. Now I have had two or three dates during the separation and all have come during the last month. My question is what is the best advice you can give during a period of time when everything seems stacked against me financially and emotionally being that I am the one who did not want the divorce? My next question is did you date during this period of time and how did that work for you trying to start over?? Finally, how many of you have remarried and what is different from your first marriage???

I've been talking to this girl that I met online now for about 2 yrs but still have not met her in person, I only seen a picture..She lives in another state then I do. Whenever we talk on the phone our conversations are rather dead, "what you doing, how is the weather there, what did you eat".....LOL....Anyway, whenever I bring the idea up about meeting, she always bring up an excuse about how busy she is or the time isnt right......

I have suspiciouses that she may be talking to someone else too because just about EVERYTIME we are on the phone, she will get a text msg then she says, "let me call you back".....I mean, EVERYTIME...Not only that, one time she wrote me a letter and had the nerve to put someone elses last name on the thing.....She told me that she thought I told her that was my last name....BULL!!!!

I have so many close friends and they are most dear to me. I'm kind of popular, I get around, but I never seem to be satisfied completely with my friends having fun - I'm always trying to look for some more people to hopefully make it better, but it never works. So I have fun, but it's like I feel we're missing something or someone. But my closest friend considers me her third really really really good friend. When I'm with her, I am like her best friend, but it's not always mutual. I used to have three best friends, but one changed, the other was too selfish, and the third just moved away. Can you survive without a best friend? It's been almost 6 months since I've dropped my last best friend because of her selfishness and for some time then, I've been suicidal. I want a best friend that I would feel happy with all the time. Can you survive without a best friend?

Here is some background. My brother and I haven't talked for almost two years. He is angry at me because of an argument I had with his wife. She cheated on him more than once and had told him that hte baby she was pregnant with (at the time) might not be his. He is totally controlled by her because he is so wanting to hold onto her. My brother is mad at me because of the things I said about his wife to her (though he was saying it was because of something else) He has nothing to do with me or my kids. Should I just let him go, put it in my mind that he is dead to me or should I try to patch things up with him? Would it do any good while this witch is still in his life?

Thanks.

You have a wife who has strayed from you twice. You have been seperated (not legally) for about a year. You have met someone else. Only because you are just tired of waiting for your wife to chose you, and you just want to be happy. Then your wife just one day decides that she wants you back. Now you are curious about this other girl. Your trust for your wife is non existant. Your wife threatens suicide, and in your past you have had to many people commit suicide, and you do not want that on your concience. She has attempted this before in her past, and you believe she will do it. You just want to make sure you are taking the right path, and are not making the wrong decision. I WOULD APPRECIATE ALL ANSWERS.....thanks

I've known my co-worker for 4 years and have never had any feelings for him other than his friendship. He's in his late 20's and I'm in my early 30's. He says that I'm fun to be around with. Recently we've been looking at each other differently (other than just a "friend") and I am afraid to come forward to tell him how I feel because he may not feel the same way. What should I do?

He either doesn't listen or "mirrors" it back on me. For instance, when we were talking one day, I told him I didn't feel like he respected me. He, in turn said that I don't respect him. Today, I told him I had a job interview and after him saying "See, I told you, you were going to get a job today." he then said, "So, are you going to have time to pick up the girls." When I said no, he huffed and puffed, acted all mad. Which, in turn made ME mad. It's like he gives and then takes away. What the heck is up with that??? We are seperated, I moved out and am trying to work on our relationship. Somedays, I feel as though our marriage is a lost cause, while other days I feel like I need him in my life. He's a good guy, just sometimes sooo over-bearing and egotistical. Yikes, some advice please....

Ok this is how is started... we only went out for a few days but for the longest time i liked him and he liked me. and then we broke up and kissed this girl that i absolutly hate... Well heres the thing. Last friday he has his friend call me and my best friend who is his cousin and ask us if we wanted to hang out and we said yes. and this has been the first time that i spoke or seen him within like a month and a half and ever since then he was msging my phone every night and i even was talking back to him.

Well since we broke up i got a job and i work four to five days a week and when i get off of work hes just going to work and plus i go to school so its kind of hard...

Should i take him back and if so is it possible to make it work with not seeing each other that much.

I was just wondering about the saying nice guys finish last. I really don't get that saying shouldn't it be the nice guys finish first and the bad guys get nothing instead of the nice guys finish last? What do you think.

ok, i have a friend, his name is scott, and scott and i have been friends for 4 years. we went out in 6th grade, but then he broke up wth me and when he asked me out again, i said no cause i was so upset wth him, so now were hanging out alot and he keeps giving me sign that he likes me. i asked him but he said no. some mixed signals were grabbing my leg and moving it around, touching his forehead to mine, staring at me, makeing me laugh, giving me occasional hugs, and hes planning on getting me a present for x-mas. wht do u think? keep in mind that ive asked hima dn the things he does. PLZ BE HONEST!!
