When I see a handsome man I just want to tell him....God, you are stunning. Instead I just walk past, and he has no idea how good he looks. I need a birthday gift idea for a girl turning 17 in December. I am also 17 right now, and I want to let her know that I am interested in dating her. So far I have not shown (though I have felt) any interest in her, and I want to start now. I want the gift to be subtle, so no roses or diamonds (I also thought about an iPod, but her parents are getting her one). Money is not a problem. This girl and I have been hanging out for a while, but she still isn't over her x. It was getting frustrating and I kind of blew up. I apologized and told her everthing that I felt. Part of me wants to say, "forget about her" but the other part wants to keep talking to her and try to get to the next step past a friendship.

Has anyone out there attended a family counceling meeting for foster children. We are invited to go to one because of one of the foster children we currently have in the house. It's a way for the bio parents to feel like they have some type of say so in the future of their child as they are terminating their rights after the first of the year. They get to basically say, I would still like to have visits..open adoption...closed adoption...etc. They know already that once their rights are terminated and if we are offered, we are adopting him. Has anyone attended one of these...what are we to expect? Our input will be asked about certain questions...I guess I am just a little unsure. If anyone has any insight that would be great! Thanks

Also, any comments on open / closed adoption. He has been in the system for most of his life (age 4) and thinks it's normal to just VISIT mommy and daddy. He is in the system for a reason, (can't say why) so please remember that.

Ok this isn't kat. This is her guyfriend Calvin. OK i kno this person who has liked Kat for awhile. He isn't the hottest guy around (yes i am gay), but she looks whats on the inside not the outside. We had a tasting yesterday with a potential caterer. Our dish was a chicken and roast beef. The roast beef seemed undercooked and bland. The chicken was pretty good. The potatoes were instant, and the vegetables plain but not bad.
The caterer was late meeting with us, then had no time to talk to us. I think he should have planned our meeting for a time when he was going to have time to talk.
How good should I really expect the food to be? I'm trying to get it around $10/plate (Iowa).

i like this guy i gave him my number......2 days later he called me but his friend and him were on the phone together.....i went to colorado and missed a day of skool and me and my cousin called him and we talked again....i texted him and he texted me and then he said he was out of minutes.....ok i thought that was kinda wierd but it might be true.....then he called me and i ask who was with him and he said his friend and i asked if i could talk to his friend....he said no cuz he called to talk to me....i told him to call me later and i guess he forgot so i texted him and asked him if he was busy he said no and i told him to call me and he did....we talked and then he said he was tired and would call me later and he never did....i texted him yesterday and asked him wat he was doin he said nuthin and we joked and stuff then i asked if he was busy he said no not really and he said why and i said cuz i wanted to talked to u and he said yea i'm kinda busy....
