well this is hard cause you dont want to mess up your friendship. but if you like him and he might like you or your think that you would rather try going out with him then being his friend then go for it. maybe see if anyone knows if he likes you. and make sure your ok with how he treated his other gfs

As a boy probably around your age, I would say to make the first move. Girls are often very hard to work out when it comes to crushes and the like.
