I think probably fat arms is worse b/c they are more obvious especially in summer when you don't wear long-sleeved tops and you can cover you're legs if you want, although if you have fat legs you can't pull off skinny jeans the same and u can't really wear tall boots as they won't fit ure legs.......What do you think?

I am planning a Friday night Autumn wedding, and my mom and I are at odds about what to serve for food. Since the wedding is going to be at 6pm, I am leaning more for appetizers, and small munchies. My mother believes we should still have a sit down dinner. Any advice?

My lover and I planned to be with each other with no distraction like going in a motel but every time we're going inside i refused to go and stay outside due to some hesitation that what if one of my colleagues will see me there or someone who knows me. I'm scared that they will make some stories and rumors will spread easily until it reaches out my parents ear. We're both on the right age and no need for parent's consent and turning 26 but they always see me as a baby and not an adult although im the only girl in the family aside from my step sister. Oooh, he is such a jerk... never had a job, my sister supports him, he is emotionally, mentally and (possibly) physically abusive to both her and their 3-yr old son. His B-day is on Halloween and I am obligate to buy "Fat Bastard" (over 350 lbs) a gift of some sort to maintain family harmony ( my sister is devoted, God knows why). Sarcastic answers welcomed. My first choice would be a copy of "Final Exit," but I need something less obvious.

have been getting worse and worse. I had him move in with me because he lost his job and his place. He's still not working and doesn't seem to be making any effort to find a job. He spends a great amount of time online doing God knows what, which normally doesn't bother me but he gets so engrossed he ignores me and snaps when I ask him a question. Additionally he no longer shows any sexual interst in me, which kick starts my paranoia and depression because I get the feeling he doesn't want me anymore. I know I need to bring up at least the job situation to him but I am afraid he will be offended and leave, the problem with that is he has nowhere else to go and would be homeless. I do still care about him but I have a hard time deciding if he really cares at all or if he is just using me as a free ride. Any suggestions on how my silly non-confrontational self can fix this issue?

Here's the deal

I'm a NON-Smoker--------He Smokes

I dont drink AT ALL--------He Enjoys casual drinking

I'm Religious--------------He's Basically an Atheist

I'm a Chemistry person-----------He's into Classics

I could spend 1 1/2 hrs in an Art Museum-------He Could Go for 5 hrs

I love to laugh, joke, have sense of humor-----He ALWAYS tells bad jokes and "laughs at ignorance"

And the list goes on and on----Furthermore, we have different tastes in music, movies, clothing, hairstyle, etc.

What draws me to him??---Mutual Attraction, and genuine Liking ,etc.

Can we get beyond our Differences??

We do have a lot of things in common, we are both professional people, both university educated, both Catholic and both have the same goals in life. But we come from very different backgrounds. I have never drunk, he does, I have never smoked, he's trying to quit, I smoked weed once,( hated it) he isn't a pot head but he does sometimes. I come from a broken home with, save my brother, no close family ties, he comes from a loving close family.
I'm from London, never broke the law, don’t sleep around always do the right thing.
He's from Brooklyn, has somewhat of a unsavoury past (don’t know all the details yet!, he used to date a stripper!)
Sometimes his language shocks me(when the Brooklyn comes through) other times he says the most beautiful things.
He says he loves me and wants to marry me, I love him too I'm sure.
But are we too different? Is this a recipe for disaster or a happily ever after?
