Here's the situation: my mom doesn't believe I should help my long distance boyfriend come to my home town. I want to help him.
There's bills to be paid and I've been wrecklessly spending my money. I've changed my ways now but suddently my dad is $3,000 in debt. I'm willing to help with a majority of my minimal paychecks but my mom wants me to give all of it. She doesn't want to help me or my dad mostly likely because I want to help my boyfriend.

She doesn't like the fact that I've also started birth control, but I want sex between my boyfriend and I to be worry free with condoms and oral contraceptive.

What should I do? He lives in London, I'm in the US.

I recently got married in May and my husband is an easy going and benevolent guy. He's been really irascible lately. Two weeks ago after work he was really horny but I was tired. He pushed me against the wall and shoved his hands up my shirt. I pushed him and he backed off saying "what the f**k is wrong with you?!". Yesterday I was complaining about him leaving his clothes everywhere and he blatantly ignored me b/c he was so immersed in a football game. I got the remote and turned off the tv and he was furious. He pried the remote out of my hand and raised his hand up to hit me but he put it back down. I told my mom but I dont want to listen to her obsolete ways of thinking (men are dominant etc.) Im not afraid of him but things can escalate. What do you think I should do? Genuine answers plz. I guess taking the remote away was irrational.

I met a guy a couple weeks ago and we had fooled around (no sex) twice, but we talked a lot too. We both got out of long-term relationships, etc. Anyway, he always thinks I'm messing with his mind, and he asked me "but do you think you can mess with mine?" I looked away and said "no" which isn't very convincing. Then he calls me and says that the problem is he can't trust me and he wants to be able to.

I ask him, since we're only friends, if he does this with everyone, including his guy acquaintances. And he said yes. I don't know what's going on.

He likes talking to me about emotions, and he thinks i'm always trying to mess with people's minds. I might try to mess with guys' minds, but it's an issue I don't want to talk about here. But why did he call me up to talk to me about trusting me for a friendship? Why does it even matter?

My husband has a 7 yr old son from his previous relationship... for the past year he's been seeing him on and off, only when the little boy calls him to pick him up...Today my husband got a phone call Im thinking like from CPS that his ex is accused of abuse to that boy and another 13 yr old girl she has... my husband is mad but doesnt know what to do...he wants to get custody but we dont know how to go about it... Will he need a lawyer or can a judge just taker custody away from her.. how much does this cost and how long is the process....will we be able to get the boy or knowing this, will she try to get her son back?? I have had a lot of family issues the last 3 years.(Dad and Stepmom).There has been a few times that I thought it was the end..But this guy that was helping me deal with the issues my dad and stepmom were blaming me for.He helped me realize it was not my fault..When I was depressed he knew what to say to me to make me feel better.
BUT while talking to him on Friday he told me he was moving out of town.Now I am very depress again.He was a preson that I could talk to about anything and I am VERY VERY SHY.
What can I do to keep my spirt up and not become depress???
My dad and stepmom do not know that I have been talking to him,they do not like him because of the job he has. BUT that is their problem I live on my own.

I hate bullies. I've never been bullied because I had good friends that stood up for me. Two of my older sisters were bullied as children though and I believe it has caused life-long damage to them. I love that movie called "The Benchwarmers" - now that's MY kind of team.

This girl I like doesn't seem very interested in me rinnow, but is it possible that I get a chance later?
nowadays i can't get this girl out of my head. I'm a college freshman, and I have known her for only about two weeks, but I feel that she is the kind of girl i like. She was very nice to me at first, but I get a feeling that she's getting cold toward me. Perhaps she is not so interested in me right now, but do some girls eventually feel attracted to guys whom they initially found not so attractive? As of now, I am trying to fully concentrate on my work, even though it will be quite hard because she's such a distraction, because I don't wanna look desperate. I know there are many other girls out there, but I don't wanna give up yet. Once I set a goal, I always try my best to accomplish it. If I patiently wait and treat her politely, will I be able to get her attention? I am not that humorous, but I know I am a sincere guy.

My ex husband re-married 1 week ago. Last night he stated that he wanted to modify our custody arrangement from 50/50 (1 week w/ me and 1 w/ him) to him having all custody rights and granting me visitation every other weekend, days only.

I was recently assaulted by a neighbor and he is citing this as his primary concern, in addition to the fact that I drink alcohol, which does not interfere in my ability to work, parent, etc...

He quit drinking after an affair he had that ultimately led to our divorce.

I flatly refused his "offer" and told him that he is free to take me to court. I live a quiet stable lifestyle and have been my sons primary caretaker since birth..My child is 9...any opinions?

Mine would have to be I kep dreaming all my friends and even my son had been killed by someone chopping heads off! Then I got a fone call and they said " YOUR NEXT" in a creepy voice and when my hubby got home I told him bout it and it turned out to be HIM who was doing it! GOD! This girl I liked at the end of school last year had a boyfriend but she broke up with him during the summer. Then, another female friend of mine (who happened to like me last year) set her up with a guy she knew even though she knew I was interested in that girl.

Now the new semester has started, she is still with her boyfriend (who goes to another school) but we're also hang out a lot more now along with my ladyfriend. I feel bad if I start something with her because I dont want her to be in the situation of having to choose but I also feel like she does things to get my attention. Am I a dick to wait for them to hopefully break up due to inter-school relationships? is my lady friend also trying to prevent me from going out with this girl by hooking her up over the summer so that she has a chance with me?

Sometimes, i get the sense that the girl seeks my approval but probably just wants to be friends. this situation is driving me nuts.
