Divorce times vary depending on what the complications are. if its a straightforward one then it takes about 3 to 4 months if there are issues well, it can go on and on and on. married in a church, that also depends, but usually yes you can,

it can be relatively short or a long process of divorce....when the papers are finalized, You will be able to marry in a church.

Think about this though....he married last year, and he separated this July....now he's with you and wants to marry?? Man that's fast....I would take this easy cuz you never know, he could pull the same thing on you too...

good luck

If Catholic then you will not be able to get married in a church... you will need it annulled... a divorce can be quite quick... however why is he not divorced... before beginning a relationship back with you.... and why are you talking about marriage to him... 3 months of his being separated?

I too met my hubby in 10th grade in highschool but thankfully we r still together and its been 22 years now! Divorce can go VERY fast as long as she doesnt drag it out trying to take him for everything! If she wants it too than it can be done and over in 2 months or less! As long as u r not catholic u should be able to get married wherever your little heart desires! Good luck and Congradulations! Hanf on to him this time friend! lol

In some states it can take a year and six months, some chirches have bylaws that if you were married once you can't get married in a church but that depends on the church

umm. it really depends.. it could take 3 years or it could take 2 months.. mine only took 2 months but that was b/c we agreed on everything and it just went fast .. we agreed it would b best for us to get divorced.. but on the other had it took my new husband 3 years to get divorced b/c they fought about everything and she wanted everything.. and yes u can get married in a church we did..

If he got married in a church, he can only get remarried there with an annulment (which I understand are hard to get).
