I went out with someone new last night, but he's a bit feminine for my taste. He is straight, sensitive, sensible and nice. I am just used to going out with guys who are more masculine, but all of them turned out to be so full of themselves and were no good for me. Should I keep an open mind with this guy?

Okay, I love my boyfriend with all of my heart, but i'm beginning to wonder if we're meant to be together. We've been together for a while and im ready for some kind of change! He got a good job and he can actually put a foot forward but he wont! He is just interested in getting stuff ready for his hobbies!...I've thrown hints and I've even said that I want more than what we're having right now (engagment or move in together ..something to prove that our relationship is out of this 'stand still') but he's just stuck in this SLOW mode (he still lives with his parents therefore we cant even stay the night with eachother) and wont do anything ... All he has to do is put a foot forward but how can I get him to???

me and my husband has not had sex in 4 months . he alsways has an excuse he is either to hot or tied or he is just out of shape or the kids just got on his neves so he was not in the mood . i dont think he is cheating i know every move he makes he dont have time to do anything so what would you think ? he is the best guy you could ever ask for his only down fall is him not wanting sex like i do . please help !!!!!

I opened a case with child support 4 yrs ago to get hold of deadbeat daddy. Never gotten a dime yet but received public assistance before. So he has an obligation to pay the county back otherwise i would just go close the case since i am not in a position to get my son in for DNA until December. All of a sudden dad, emerges out of hiding demanding the testing and someone tries to subpoena but never gets me so he decides to give the roommate. I dont accept the papers and so i miss court. I then get a call from the local child sup. serv. saying a bench warrant will soon be issued out for my arrest. Please dont ask why i cannot make it to court till December because i have a very good reason please just answer me based on knowledge of the justice system in CA
1. Can an officer be sent to my home to arrest me?
2. If am pulled over can i be put in jail till i see the judge?
3. Was my privacy violated because my roommate now knows details of my personal life?
4. Can i write 2 judge

My boyfriends family are quite strange sometimes and his brother and girlfriend have made the family turn against me when really they did something wrong. My boyfriend is taking my side but I never want to see any of them again but the problem is he still lives at home. What do I do? lets call the girl i like amanda and she likes a guy(lets call him justin) well, justin is going out with a girl(unimportaint what we call her). well, justin is the leader of my drill team ...well team... and amanda is my new best friend. well, friday at homecomeing we hung out togather (5:30pm-11:30pm) well then we huged and it felt like heven, but she didn't know that that felt like that to me. botum line, right then i fell for her and she still likes justin, but they arn't going out yet. should i steel her from him or should i wate and see after they break up?

2 years ago i moved out so my daughter and her family could live in a house and kids have a back yard to play..they recently moved out, trashed the place and its in forclusure under my credit score.. i did write a letter back then letting them pay for all cost involving the house. september 7 th i had shoulder operation and she informed me the house was being forclosed on.. i personally cant get the letter from the people who have it but a suphoena could..
also, three years ago my son-in-law co signed for it and he took the car that i payed 300.00 a month since march 2003

Well, I'm in high school, and there is this guy who is really, really cute, and really really smart. I only have one class with him, and that's a lunch block. He's a senior and I'm a junior, and we're both really, really shy. When ever I see him, he always looks directly at me, perfect eye contact and everything. about my selfish mother in law, and now my family/friends are saying that's all I talk about, I try not to say anything when I'm with them, and when they ask about her(which they always do, just to be nice, I know they really don't care to hear my answer), just give a simple answer.
Should I just journal my feelings toward her?
