Okay, I love my boyfriend with all of my heart, but i'm beginning to wonder if we're meant to be together. We've been together for a while and im ready for some kind of change! He got a good job and he can actually put a foot forward but he wont! He is just interested in getting stuff ready for his hobbies!...I've thrown hints and I've even said that I want more than what we're having right now (engagment or move in together ..something to prove that our relationship is out of this 'stand still') but he's just stuck in this SLOW mode (he still lives with his parents therefore we cant even stay the night with eachother) and wont do anything ... All he has to do is put a foot forward but how can I get him to???

Im 20 and he's 25.
Sometimes I wonder if im even happy with him... and I am afraid to leave him because I dont want to make a big mistake. But dont get me wrong, I love him...thats why im wondering if he was to make an advancement in our relationship if it would make me realize that i am happy with him ... ah

There are two steps that you can take: One, be the BOLD girl and propose to move forward and live together or get engaged. Two, give him more hints that you want to move forward. Most girls feel that the second is a best option, but the first one shows that you are ready to commit to him, and atleast I would appreciate it. Are you sure that he is IN to you ? Otherwise this step can back-fire too.
Personally, I don't quite know the both of you, so can't say which one would be the better of the two. You have to trust your feelings and do as you feel required.

Okay first thing is first, HOW OLD ARE YOU? I have a boyfriend that I adore and I am 26. There is no need to hurry things. If you push your man when he isnt ready, then that is just going to make him pissed. Believe me. I have been there. Enjoy life and do as much as possible with him. If you two want to stay the night together and old enough to get a hotel, do it that way. Or if ur of age and can afford it and your ready then get your own place after a month ask him if he would like to move in with you. Thats all I can say about my experience.

i think give him a a space, may be he needs more time. by the way how long have you been together. and are you guys are old enough to live together. try to understand him. and tell him directly what you want instead of throwing hints.

IT IS UP TO HIM. YOU CAN'T FORCE HIM. IF HE WON'T MOVE FORWARD, YOU MIGHT NEED TO MOVE ON. GOOD LUCK!
