I opened a case with child support 4 yrs ago to get hold of deadbeat daddy. Never gotten a dime yet but received public assistance before. So he has an obligation to pay the county back otherwise i would just go close the case since i am not in a position to get my son in for DNA until December. All of a sudden dad, emerges out of hiding demanding the testing and someone tries to subpoena but never gets me so he decides to give the roommate. I dont accept the papers and so i miss court. I then get a call from the local child sup. serv. saying a bench warrant will soon be issued out for my arrest. Please dont ask why i cannot make it to court till December because i have a very good reason please just answer me based on knowledge of the justice system in CA
1. Can an officer be sent to my home to arrest me?
2. If am pulled over can i be put in jail till i see the judge?
3. Was my privacy violated because my roommate now knows details of my personal life?
4. Can i write 2 judge

Yes, an officer will be sent to your home to arrest you.

The privacy "violation" is a bullshit thing. You might be able to sway with that, but I seriously doubt it.

I'd be calling people, telling them why you cannot make the court date. They will arrest you if they do not hear from you, or if you run.
