Online long-distance relationship wanted with beautiful New Yorker, who is in her 40s like me and who has kids, also like me. They must have a professional job and like reading and writing. I've met this wonderful New Yorker here in London who has such zest for life and matches my quick-wittedness so well, she just leaves English women standing. She's going back to the States now and I would love to meet someone like her online.

Just a few weeks ago, I caught my wife having cybersex with another man. Now, I'm not controlling, she can be friends with anyone she wants, I don't care, never had a reason not to mistrust her. However 1 Night, an alarm went off in the back of my head. Something wasn't right in the way she was acting. So, the next day I set up her computer to record what she has done (ie chat logs, emails, etc) I had to go behind her back and check her emails and chat logs when she went to bed. Low and behold, I confirmed my nightmare. I confronted her with this and she tells me it was a terrible mistake and it won't happen again. Yet, she tried to hide it from me and knew that it would hurt me.

I have been faithfull to her for over 3 years (Married for 1), I cook, clean house, greet her at the door at the end of the day, give her massages, never talk down about her, hug her, let her know I love her etc. She tells me I am perfect but yet she goes out and does this. What am I doing wrong?

My sister, her husband and son were staying with her mother-in-law during the summer while they were renovating their apartment in the city. It's still not finished and now that school has started for her son, the drive was too long from her mil and she needed a place to stay closer to the city. I didn't invite her, she just informed me that she was going to stay with me! I'm VERY recently divorced with financial difficulties and living in a place barely big enough for me and my two kids. The mornings are crazy with 5 people trying to get ready at the same time since I only have one bathroom. Her husband is staying somewhere else. I understand this is hard on her family but how did this get to be MY problem when I already have so much stress? My sis and I have never had a really close relationship and during the hard times of my seperation from my husband, a whole month would pass and she wouldn't even call to see how I am. Are my negative feelings unreasonable? What should I do?

I am not tryin to be mean and stuff. just curious bout how some ppl think about this issue.
since we are in such an emerging world, this issue will be put on table someday..

btw I am mostly Chinese with some Russian. so, yeah, I consider myself a goodlooking asian guy :)
AND I am some "Black"friends who are smart (funny) as hell.
AND I have pure white friends who are really strong..

yeah~~~happy ending

is everyone happy now? I mean it!
btw, I think David Bechkam is the most gorgeous male human being that 20s century has to offer....by ALL standards

i ask because if i look at all the (few) love relations i ever had so far.. i must admit that i still love each man. just maybe in a different way. like i could always fall in love again, but there is a good kind of distance keeping me from this. i have a boyfriend. but i have trouble imagining that he should be the only one i "should" feel love??

in my eyes - exclusive love is difficult to keep - or am i wrong? it might be helpful to close my eyes to everything else than my boyfriend. but i am a person who thinks that LOVE is the MEANING of life. but of course not only sexual attraction, but in general (love family, friends, life, ..all the things in live) BUT i got to the conclusion that we - as human - are too weak for this kind of love and therefore (?) fall in love even if we should not.

What do you think? :-)

thank you for serious answer

It's not often, & it's usually with strangers, not other girls you actually know. Is he just seeing what your reaction would be? How can you tell if he's trying to make you jealous, or if he only thinks of you as a friend?

I have lost my will or energy to start making new friends. Isn't the pain of loneliness milder than the pain of hurt?

I have heard that on the night of the wedding, most couples are too tired to make love. That honestly doesn't sound like the worst thing to me. For those who have been married or know about a friends wedding night nookie, are my sources correct? (Also, I am not a virgin--this isn't something I feel HAS to be done on this night if we're honestly too pooped.)

I dont know if you understand the concept of true love. If you met somebody and you love her you wouldnt want her having a monday to sunday man, now would you? And obviously you can sleep with lots of girls but just dont date them. Oh and you might just wana be sure in telling them you are an active trooper.

We were previously in a relationship, me and this friend of mine, and now are working toward building a real relationship but aren't currently together. There is one thing that we are both absolutely sure of, and that is he wants to be my son's father and wants to adopt him. My son's real father has never been there or been in my son's life, has never made a child support payment or even tried to show up for the court dates. So how do I go about having my friend adopt my son without us first being married, although we are working towards having that life? Thank you for all your input it is appreciated.
