i ask because if i look at all the (few) love relations i ever had so far.. i must admit that i still love each man. just maybe in a different way. like i could always fall in love again, but there is a good kind of distance keeping me from this. i have a boyfriend. but i have trouble imagining that he should be the only one i "should" feel love??
in my eyes - exclusive love is difficult to keep - or am i wrong? it might be helpful to close my eyes to everything else than my boyfriend. but i am a person who thinks that LOVE is the MEANING of life. but of course not only sexual attraction, but in general (love family, friends, life, ..all the things in live) BUT i got to the conclusion that we - as human - are too weak for this kind of love and therefore (?) fall in love even if we should not.

love is when you cant live w/ out that person in your life. they are the last thing you think of before you fall asleep and they are the first thing you think of when you wake up, love makes your life enjoyable. it is fulfillment and happiness to your life. love brings light upon your life

Maybe what love means to you is the state of pleasure that you are feeling regardless of all your intimate partners , love is much more than this , love is when you feel you can do anything for your partner even sacrificing your life for him even for not getting back nothing in change , each love is unique , you can love all the men in the world , you can love all the people in the world as a person , but as a woman you can really love only one of them ,all the rest are illusions because you can't give yourself entirely to a man if you share parts of yourself with others , when you'll meet the man that will not give the desire to live with others men too , and you'll feel as you'll be capable to do anything for him , that will be true love and not all are lucky to have this.

LOVE is not just MEANING of life. Compassion encompasses everything. Without compassion, a person will not know what love is. It is thru compassion that righteousness prevails. Good thoughts, good intentions, good mannerism..... etc will falls in place and you will love everything that your 5 senses receive. With compassion you can experience bliss and peacefulness.
Loving someone is just a small part of unity with another person. Being and sharing each others happiness, sufferings... and being abled to jointly conquers the negative elements (ie. fears, anger, vengence, cheating, gossips etc) of life brings about truth love. It is hard to achieve true love but be contented with what you have and make the best out of it.

when you`re think he`s differrent from the others (in positive things). However, it`s differrent between love and admire someone. Some people is thinking that two things is same or maybe they do not know what's their feelings, love-or-admire??

(thanks for your answer to my quest.!) i believe that love is a deep affection/care for someone to the point that it is unconditional and passes the test of time/problems.
im sure that can possibly happen with many people in this world, but who's gonna go looking for all of them!? imagine, my true love could be someone in Transylvania! oh well, too far.

There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.
