if u got permission to mingle intimately with others, that is not to be considered as cheating anymore... LOGIC!:))

It seems like there are a few possibilities: First, he might be cheating on you and so am hoping that you would do the same to assauge his own guilt.
Second, he doesn't love you anymore and hopes that you will get the hint and break up with him first.
Third, he might be angry with you about something and hence is saying this hurtful remark.
Whatever it is, I hope you would be able to muster your courage and have a good talk with him. Don't just let things go just because you might fear what he might tell you. It's the one chance that you can understand what is happening between the both of you and hopefully, if you still love him, be able to rectify the situation and set things straight again.

It means he has already cheated on you or he is about to and wants it to be ok with you. So when you find out that he has been with someone else and you start to argue he will throw in the fact that you slept with someone too...I'd either dump him or play his game against him. Make him suffer girl!

It sounds to me like a committment case.
Either Fear of Being Tied Down or just Failure to Committ.
It could be because he is cheating already and
A) He wants to cover his tracks
B) He's trying to clear things up without hurting you

It means he's lying. He wants to catch you in the act; then use that as an excuse to cheat on YOU with another girl. Don't cheat on him; be mature and stay loyal to him. Let him make the mistake of cheating.

Your relationship is not serious,better leave him. he doesn't care about u or your relationship there's no future there. the way he says means he's already cheating on you, u are a game to him. I suggest u not to do that Cos he wants to take your dignity away just step-back

weird situation... weird guy! well.... i think it means that he doesn't care about u and your relashionship and that he has cheated to u too and feels very guilty about it. so he wants to be even with u and not feel like ****.... i think he is sorry for that and wants to feel less guilty... or, other possibility is that he wants a reason to break up with u... y won't u ask him what the hell is going on and y did he say that to u... i advice u to do that before it's too late... good luck, girl!

Number one - he's already cheating on you. Number two - He doesn't value you, respect you, love you, or even like you. A man who has any of these emotions for you would want to keep you all for himself.

I can think of two explanations:
1) he doesn't want commitment and gives you freedom in order to be able to do the same himself
2) it's a sexual thing and he is turned on by the thought of you with some other guy
I would suggest that you talk with him, find out which it is and act accordingly.
