my brother has power of attorney now for my imcompetant mother. when she dies what do i need to do im a daughter of 8 children my brother says he gets all mothers property doesnt seem fair what can i do now to prepare for this coming day?

so theres this boy at school, and hes the cutest boy ever. Ive kinda had my eye on him since the last week of school last year. Now we're in a new year and even though i dont have any classes with him i always see him around and wonder " what if there could be somthing ? "... But see the thing is we barely even know eachother. Like i dont think he knows that much about me at all. I know some things about him and such and i talk to him a little in the hallways here and there but its just like about a random thing. He most likely doesnt have a clue that i kinda like him. I just dont have a clue what i should do but i really wanna know if there could ever be somthing and if i should keep having feelings or should i just try my best to forget and get over the whole thing?

We're only in High School and I really want to know whether it is better to wait (people always say that if it's meant to happen, it will in good time), or if I should just go for it and see what happens. I've asked her to the movies twice, but she's been busy both times. I tried for this weekend and she said that she couldn't do Saturday since she had to babysit her little bro. She said that sunday could work and I looked at the movie listings. There isn't much out, and when I sugested the movie Invincible, she said that her Dad saw it and didn't like it. The conversation pretty much ended there. Is she just being honest, or is she just to nice to say no? What good date-type movies will be coming out soon or what types of other activities would you sugest?

well i went to the movies tonight with my two friends, and one friend brought her boyfriend who had only just asked her out that morning. While we were watching the movie, they made out in the seat right next to us, Is it slutty to make out with a dude on your first date? Oh, and another detail, my firend is fifteen and the dude is seventeen. she has gone out with two other seniors, and i think she is getting a reputation at school for being a slut. im beginning to think it myself. oh, and another thing. her mother wont even let her have a bf until shes sixteen. whenever i invite my friend over and we go somewhere, alot of times she invites her current boyfriend. she went through six boyfriends in her freshman year. she hadnt even had her first kiss until the first time she made out. i wonder if shes even still a virgin. it seems like shes using me, whenever we go out she HAS to meet someone else. Really, Im a nice person but my boyfriend and I have been together a while and we have been thru alot that his family knows about. They think Im just tryin to ruin him and I am just bad news to him. Him and I are both adults but he knows that if he chooses to be with me then he is also choosing to walk away from his family. It seems theres no talkin to his family. They hate even hearing my name. His mother is in the last stages of breast cancer and the sound of my name serious raises her blood pressure. We really love each other so how can he have me without having so loose his family?

To lay out the basics, I'm an eighteen-year-old female from the US. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to find a guy my age who I am attracted to. He can be the nicest guy, the funniest guy, anything. I just can't seem to get excited about them. What's worse is, the only men who catch my attention are at least 30 years old. And 30 is the low end of the spectrum. I'll find myself looking at my dad's friends, my friend's parents, men at the grocery store, some of my teachers, etc. It drives me nuts. Today I saw this man who was probably around 45, but my god he was sexy...muscular biceps with tattoos, cute smile...anyway, I guess my question is this. What can I do to find someone closer to my age that can still be appealing to me in the ways that older men are? I don't even know if there's an answer, but anyway....advice would be great!

Sometimes at night my girlfriend will want to put on one of my t shirts to sleep in. She says it reminds her of me and it comforts her at night. It also makes her feel better. Well, I was nice to let her have some of my t shirts but I thought she was going to let her brother wear them, not her! I have gave hints to her that it wasn't appropriate for girls to be wearing men's clothing. I am finding this very displeasing that she continues to wear my shirts, I haven't exactly gave her a warning or anything but I am thinking about it. What should I do?

ok, he's cute, but not like extremly hot... he's my kinda guy, he's nice, and my bestfriends brother... thats how i know him!!!
He is 1 year older than me and one day i found him on yahoo answers so i started talking to him on the internet buy he was in D.C. at the time so when he got home there internet didn't work, so i havn't been able to talk to him on the internet since then!!!! Well, school started and were 3 weeks into the school year and at breakfast he talks to me alot, we talked when we were walking back from breakfast, we just talked!!!
I don't know why but i have a feeling that he likes me, i honestly don't think he does but some part of me is telling me that he does!
I have started to like him, after all he's nice... and i think he is
