Sometimes at night my girlfriend will want to put on one of my t shirts to sleep in. She says it reminds her of me and it comforts her at night. It also makes her feel better. Well, I was nice to let her have some of my t shirts but I thought she was going to let her brother wear them, not her! I have gave hints to her that it wasn't appropriate for girls to be wearing men's clothing. I am finding this very displeasing that she continues to wear my shirts, I haven't exactly gave her a warning or anything but I am thinking about it. What should I do?

You are too uptight, and probably won't have the girlfriend any longer if you make it an issue.

What are you anal retentive or something? Wake up Jack Butt! This is your girlfriend she loves you and wants to have you near her. Are you kidding? My girlfriends daughter wears my boxer shorts! It's like a puppy that takes your clothes to sleep with so it feels close to you when you are not there. You obviously have some insecurity issues that need to be addressed, one of them has to do with her brother. However we don't have the time and this is not the place to discuss your deep seated issues so for now see next paragraph.
Take your precious tee shirts and put them away for safe keeping. Next go buy some tee shirts that you don't give a damn about and let your girlfriend wear them and as a first step in overcoming your problem tell her you don't mind if her brother wears them.
Get a grip!

By the way, T-shirts are UNISEX! They're not just mens or womens.
If this little thing bothers you, then the only kind of woman you'll ever be happy with is the kind that is fully submissive, who thinks only the man's opinion counts, who should be barefoot and pregnant and silent.
Are you some ultra-conservative Christian or extreme Muslim? How far down do you wish to put women? Does she have to wear a gingham dress or a birqua?

You gotta listen to guys like spot.
This is not new. Did you ever come home from a date or something (I hope you aren't 13 or something) and smell her perfume on you shirt? And isn't that a pleasant thing. Alot of girls like something from their man that thay can hold, or smell or relate to. This is all because she likes you or loves you or something. You are way off base.
You should be happy she wants tio wear your shirts. It's a nice thing!
Her brother? What the hell about the brother? Why don't you ruin the whole thing, while you're at it?

you should be flattered,many women wear men's sports shirts .I think it looks great on them
and a men t shirt would make a nice sleep shirt for a women
who ever told you that it wasn't appropriate .

You said she puts them on to feel closer to you, so why would she let her brother wear them? She is wanting comfort not her brother..You should take it as a compliment that she wants something of yours for comfort. If it bothers you then just tell her and ask for your shirts back

What should you do? Get over yourself! Your girlfriend is not wearing your shirt because she wants to wear mens clothing - she wants to feel closer to you! Plus, surely you think a girl in a mans tshirt and nothing else is sexy??

If your girlfriend wants to wear your T-shirts to bed, let her wear them! Women wearing men's clothing is no big deal. You should be happy--she's saying "I love you!"

Give her a break, it's not like she wants to wear mens clothes all of the time. She wants to sleep in your shirts because she loves you and wants to feel close to you all of the time. I always sleep in my husband's shirts; he loves it. He says it's sexy to see me in his shirt and nothing else. I have always worn shirts belonging to the man in my life. It makes me feel closer to the love of my life when he is away from me. Try to understand, this is normal for girls/women.

I don't know why that's such a big deal. Like somebody else said, most guys LIKE the fact their girlfriends wear their clothes, but I guess we're all different. You should just tell her straight up how you feel. Other than that, I don't know what you could do.

I don't really see why this is a big issue but obviously it is bothering you.
You need to talk to her and tell her how you feel. Let her know that you don't want her to wear your shirts.
