Well, I really hate it when people smoke, so if I learn that about someone I could potentially be interested in, it definitely turns me off, as well as other addictions of the sort, like alcohol or drugs. And also, not having the capability to participate in educated and intelligent conversations is a definite turn off. Someone who is more worried about material possessions is also a turn off for me....but those aren't complete deal breakers. A complete deal breaker would be a mooch, a pathologic liar/cheater, or someone who is just too ignorant and closed minded.
