i live with my parents in a flat on the first floor. i like the guy that lives in the next entrance of our house. he's never seen me and doesn't know. whole my family knows his family, but nobody knows his name, and my family doesn't talk much to his parents. i've noticed him because he keeps leaving his car in front of my window. should i do anything? in russia it's not often when girls come up first. what do you think should be done not only by me, but also maybe by somebody else. well, give an advice. And what should i do or say so that he likes me? P.S. he's 20, i'm 18.the point is that it's russia, it's not usual here for girls to make the first move. and also, how should a girl behave in the conversation with a man? P.P.S. i'm perhaps too shy to make the fist move, and bumpin inot him won't really work, coz there's too much space around. I know i put this q-n too often, but i just need dif answers.
P.P.S. I can see him from my window right now. but it's dark outside, it's 8:30pm

FROM YESTERDAY:Ok so at the end of July my best friend from another state and I got a place together. Previous to that I lived w/ my boyfriend. She doesn't know many people out here and is afraid to be at home alone. My b/f wants me to spend nights w/ him sometimes, so I made arrangements to pay my cousin to stay w/ her at our apt. and take him home the next day. The guy that she's talking to never sleeps over but will stay as late as 2am...which to me is a waste of my time and money. So now, I'm low on cash, her date is busy tonite, and my b/f wants time w/ me tonite!!! What should I do b/c now my man is pissed and feels she's interferring w/ our relationship......

My ex who was off and on with me for a year finally cut the ties 3 weeks ago because he needed time away from me to date others and figure out if im the "one" or not...well its been 3 weeks since he's talked to me at all and I'm just wondering if u think he'll ever call me again? Assume that the man has a brand new car, has no debt or bills, lots of money saved, 4 year college degree, and gets $1200 a month in unemployment checks. Also assume that he is handsome and overall a great guy. That is my situation and I am not sure if women will frown on this or what. I just got out of a good job 3 months ago and am temporarily living with the parents which sucks since I have been independent living on my own for the previous 8 years. Blue Cross canceled my health Insurance which was a PPO type that was through my spouse's Work Place That Started in 1/1995 and I am Disabled while together with my spouse under the same insurance plan. Doctors ordered me bed rest! I have no Attorney no money my spouce had taken all of our cars moneys. I need help I know, I can only hope's up! The letter my heath insurance sent looked to me like my spouce's job office manager told Blue Cross of our divorce which is not final yet. What can I do Please Help Thank you.....

my bf and i broke up with him and then he visited me a couple of times before my school started since i thought he was going to another univerity than me.the coincidence is that we ran into each other a couple of days ago at my univeristy only to figure out that he is also going there. i was shocked, confused and surprised since i knew that my folks would take it hard. lately we have gotten back together with out telling either of our families and last night i told my mom that i ran into him and that we had lunch. she was disappointed in me since my bf at one point would not tell me the place he was attending and would call home. later on i called my sis and she also gave me the same lecture as my mom and how i have no self respect and so forth to which i replied that i do have self respect to which i cursed her out. i have no people believing in me nor what i do and think that this guy is bad news just from looking from the outside of matters. can someone plz give some advice?
