I'll be honest with you and say no. I am 5"7 myself and wear heels a lot. I know a lot of people don't care about height but personally I need to feel like my man can protect me and if I am 6 inches taller than he is (with shoes on) then I am not going to feel that way. Now I am a bit above average for a woman so I am sure women who are shorter than you or atleast the same height as you would have no problem with it. My preference for taller men doesn't just span to short people (5"4"). My preference extends to men who are of average height (5"9-5"11). I like them tall (6"2 and above) but thats just me. If it makes you feel any better even though I prefer taller guys I still end up dating guys who are 5"9-5"10 because there are more of them available and once you click with someone trivial things like height don't seem to be an issue anymore.

I would date a man who is 5'4". I'm short myself so that's no big deal to me. I have never dated someone who is shorter than me but it's only because the situation has never arose. I don't think I would have a problem with it if the guy was sweet and nice.
My son dated a girl who was 5 inches taller than him. They dated for over a year and they were the sweetest couple!

Well I'm 5'7" so I wouldn't date a 5'4" man because im taller than him! I have a thing about the man being taller because when the man is shorter than me than I feel like i'm the "masculine" one & since I love to wear heels thats a no go! lol!! I like taller men personally but there are many women that are shorter than 5'4" or women who dont care out there!

No, because I am short myself. It just feels natural to be with someone of at least average height, too weird having a bf same height as me.

I would not just because I have a huge thing for tall guys 6'1-6'5 but 5'4 is not that short.
