I don't have kids, and at this point, I don't know if I ever will. But why does it seem like when you're on the bus, or in a restaurant, or trying to sit quietly in a park, or in a grocery store, that someone who can't (or refuses to) control their screaming 3-year old doesn't appear bothered by the ear-splitting wails of their brat screaming for Coco Puffs and Pokemon? I've actually moved seats on the bus, and at restaurants because of this. Can someone explain it to me?
